The only thing they can't get right and I think it's because they parked their wings is when you order the wings to go they always come out hard and dry. I suggest people start complaining more and maybe they will start doing them fresh

We've been loyal customers for a few years. Never really had a complaint until last night. We ordered 2 gyros, delivery, and were disappointed to find they had no tzatziki, the meat was dry and tough as jerkey, no lettuce, and barely any tomato and onion. I called to talk to the manager, but had stepped out so the waitress handled it by putting in a new order. When the driver arrived I asked him to take the gyros back to show the manager. He said sure cause the cook was trying to blame the waitress for the issue with the sauce but even with sauce it was not edible. This morning my husband found the to go boxes on the driveway. everything was eaten except the meat. Even the cats and coons wouldn't eat it. Thanks driver, that was very trashy of you! Won't be ordering from there ever again.

Waited 1 1/2 hrs on food which we never got and no they were not very busy when we got there. Waitress even came and ask us what we were still waiting on after we had gotten half our food which was cold. Then started making all kinds of excuses. Very disappointing as we were celebrating 3 birthdays.

The food seemed like they didn't care about quality. Was horable. Old. Won't even recommend someone eating hear unless the kids in the kitchen put pride in there work. Sorry hsb. Been here for a decade and this is the worst I've seen it.

This place is okay, and could be awesome, but currently sucks. Its very mismanaged. The food isnt consistent, not in taste nor portions. They dont answer their phones, and tell you to use an app. The app doesnt have all the menu options and can be a gamble to use anyway, because they might just not check it. Its really sad to see a staple of the community fail so constantly. It could really be a golden egg but they let it rot away instead of tending to it properly.

Great pizza, friendly service and cold beer! Lots of TVs to watch sports, even outside. Now they even can bring the pizza or whatever you choose from the menu to you. Visited Papa Dicks, again, for the Packers vs Eagles watch, pizza and draft Yuengling. Whole Hog Pizza must just be the best pizza around, never disappoints! Paired with great, cold, fresh beer from tap, good game, and nice staff ... Priceless!
I say this with reservations. and I don't mean reservations of the restaurant kind because nobody answers the phone so you can't get reservations. We are the kind of customers that you would like to keep, we live less than a mile from Papa Dick's, we will be there summer, winter, fall.... you name it. however when you call nine times and can never get anyone to answer the phone You start thinking about your other options. We called the pizza in with the intentions of going to get it this evening. We called and were on hold for 9 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Called on a second phone and straight to voice mail. So finally we decided it's faster to go up and get the pizza. Which meant going to the restaurant, ordering the pizza and having to wait for it. As I said we live very close so one of our party went in, ordered the pizza, and came home. In 20 minutes he went back to get the pizza... in 30 minutes he finally got back home because the pizza took an additional 20 minutes past when they said it would be done.
The pizza was good, the cheesy bread was good, the food is always good I don't have a problem with that, but in the time it took to complete what should have been a simple transaction, we could have run to Ash Flat and had a few more choices. Fix the phone problem.... or the employee problem whatever the problem is it needs to be fixed.

Was very disappointed. I have eat here multiple times and this was by gar the worst experience. The waitress wasn't professional acting as she never wrote any of our order down. We had to ask several times about components of our order. And what we did get to our table did not come out together.
