Was very disappointed. I have eat here multiple times and this was by gar the worst experience. The waitress wasn't professional acting as she never wrote any of our order down. We had to ask several times about components of our order. And what we did get to our table did not come out together.

We use to come here all the time and loved it. The last few times the food has been worse and worse. Tonight we placed an order-which was a task in its own. ALL of our food was extremely disappointing and way over priced. The deep fried mushrooms had no batter on them and didn’t even look like they were mushrooms, the works pizza that we ordered had VERY little toppings on it…. But the absolutely worst part of our order was the calzone. We ordered the works calzone- when we opened the togo container it looked like the dough wasn’t cooked all the way. So we baked it a little longer. Come to find out the reason it looked raw was because it was so full of cheese and cheese only that it was seeping through the pizza dough. I don’t know why the food has gone so down hill but we will no longer be supporting a business that over charges and can’t even make the correct food.
We had the pleasure of live entertainment and it was very enjoyable.

Tried 5 times calling in an order. Noone answered the phone. I put in an online order and asked for napkins and fork for my Chicago Beef. Order arrived 32 mins after the app said it was delivered. I called 15 times and finally got ahold of Jessica. She said they are backed up but my order wasn't in the kitchen. No Au Jus, No Napkins, No utensils when delivered. Also found a scour pad metal shaving in my fries. My advice...Slow Down, talk to your customers with dignity, Answer your phone, and double check your outgoing food!
