I paid $11 for a Caesar salad that was a joke. I ordered the seafood Alfredo for $30 some dollar and it had no flavor and runny sauce.

I went on a Sunday night with family and the restaurant was busy but the service was still great! The free bread was delicious and definitely one of the best parts! I had the baked cheese tortellini and it was delicious - their marinara sauces was one of my favorites I’ve had!! Everything was very filling and we were too full for dessert but will have to go back and try it one day. This will definitely be on my list of favorites whenever I’m in Hot Springs visiting family
I love the food from here but I called 30 mins before closing to see if we could dine in, I know it’s late so another option would of been take out because I love this place but the person that answered the phone said I’m sorry the kitchen closed because we were dead tonight and hung up. Rude. That they hung up and didn’t even say bye.

Had delivery from there the first weekend getaway... was so completely amazing.. we made plans to eat there the night we arrived on a second getaway...Food is made with love. And food fresh ingredients. Serve called my husband and I 'lovelies' which made other night after 3hrs in the car.Eat Here...

placed an order at 6:05 pm, for pick up , the order was to be ready at 6:45 pm . It is now 7:50 and just receiving the order , I do understand it’s Saturday evening but it’s definitely uncalled for, no one knew what was going on and what the deal was . Unreal . not a happy customer

Good food. Fast service big portions. Lunch specials and kids menu. We enjoyed ourselves at this low key but seemingly authentic place. FYI- house salad is iceberg. Skip that and get Caesar. Limoncello martini was yummy and $7!

First time visiting Mama's Little Italy but it won't be the last! The service was phenomenal, the food was amazing, and you won't have to give your arm or a leg to fill your stomach! They have these endless rolls, as you can see in the picture, that are undescribable, they're that good! If you're in the Hot Springs area and you're feeling some Italian, this is the place to go!
