It was our first time but it was such an amazing experience!! Dee had exceptional, and I do mean exceptional, customer service and helped us out perfectly with what we were supposed to do since we were absolutely clueless. The food was better than the buffet palace in our hometown and we were not expecting that from something we thought was going to be like fast food Chinese. We got our plates to go and as you can see, they were quite full. It was amazing!! It’s my daughter’s new favorite place in Hot Springs! Thank you Panda Express for being so awesome!!

The only thing I didn’t like was the cream cheese Rangoons. I wish I would’ve chosen a different side.

Panda is always a great option, and last night was top notch! I came in very late picking up night shift lunches, and the young lady behind the counter and young man cooking were phenomenal! They offered to make small batches of what I needed, and the food was wonderful! Thank y'all!!

We love Panda!!! We dropped by today, I had a conference… Maddie was amazing!!! I listened as she was visiting with a customer and she greeted him so kindly… when he shared his age and ailments… she said she was going to be praying for him… she asked for blessings for him…
I love when our young people have exceptional manners and amazing customer service…
But more than that, she isn’t afraid to share her heart for the Lord! God bless you Maddie!

Dont know why this place doesn't have a higher rating because they deserve 6 stars! Excellent customer service from the manager and staff. They greet all customers, food was great like always, fresh and delicious. I was very pleased with how clean the place was and had an overall good experience at this location. :)
