We tried the birria ramen, quesabirria tacos, birria burrito, and churros con nieve. Prepare for a bit of a wait because they remained busy throughout the hour or so we were seated beside the food truck. Wait was totally worth it! My kids and I loved the food and staff were super friendly and helpful.

This is hands down my favorite Mexican food in the entire state. I particularly love the queso birria. I typically will order birria if a restaurant or food truck offers it. I have been disappointed many times, but not here. Without a doubt It is my favorite queso birria. Always so fresh and juicy and They are not stingy with the meat. They also serve elote in a cup and it’s so delicious. I highly recommended stopping by. They do tend to be busy so it’s smart to call ahead....

Hand down best tacos anywhere in Hot Springs. We've tried a few other places and none are as good as Salsitas. We eat there at least twice a week.
