Family of 4 walked in around 530 on a Tuesday without Reservations, promptly seated near the kitchen. Had great interactions with the chef. He even stopped by with some amazing fries for us to enjoy while we reviewed the menu. Service was fantastic with a smoke-show old-fashioned being quite entertaining. Apps and entries were fantastic all-around and the kitchen took special care of the kiddos, lowering the spice on the salmon for one and making pasta for the other, 10/10, enjoyed the whole experience and will return.

The service and food were amazing. Don’t skip the dessert! Their pastry chef does a fantastic job! The only thing we would mention was the greeting situation at the host stand. We arrived, told her the name on the reservation and she replied that she checked us in and that was it. We looked at each other, not knowing what to make out of this. So I looked at her again and that is when she told us we could wait wherever we want, at the bar or right here, pointing behind us. I have never been there and this was an awkward start. But everything else was top notch.

The atmosphere here was amazing. My wife and I were split on the quality of the food, between a four and a five. I got the smoked old fashioned. It wasn’t anything special to drink, but the presentation was amazing. My wife got the pomegranate martini. She said it was good and strong. We got the Brie as an appetizer. My wife is the Brie fan and she said it was very good. I did like the flavoring that they paired with it. We split the Jamaican Jerk Salmon. Once again, my wife thought it was great. I wasn’t completely sold on it, because it tasted a little too fishy for me. My wife tends to like more gamey tasting dishes than I do. We paired that with the cream corn and Brussels sprouts. Those are a must have when eating here. All in all, I think this is a great restaurant with a great atmosphere. Well worth a visit, while in Hot Springs.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Vault. The entire team went out of their way to make it a fantastic evening. Our waiter Evan was great. He was engaging but not overbearing and his recommendations were perfect. The baked brie was outstanding. Our filets were perfect, and the dessert....go for the chocolate tart. It's worth saving room for. 10/10 fantastic experience.
We are from out of state and came upon The Vault a year ago upon a recommendation from a friend. We had an amazing dinner and loved it so much we came back a second night. The service and both meals were outstanding. We had an incredibly attentive waiter named Evan and we also met the chef, Andrew Disney. You can tell they both absolutely love what they do. So this year when we decided to go back to Hot Springs we made reservations for both nights there. Once again, it was incredible. Evan is extremely knowledgeable of all offerings and super attentive and Andrew has created and executed a wonderful menu and his execution is perfection. Everyone there has a common goal; to give you the best experience possible. When we asked the hostess if Evan still worked there she managed to move us to his area. This was greatly appreciated. We cannot say enough good things about The Vault. Best restaurant in Arkansas!

The food was excellent! And our server Mitch made us feel welcome snd at home. The lamb filet was fantastic. We had a cheesecake for dessert and the hint of rosemary in the crust was mindblowing good.

His demeanor was excellent, fun , but professional & thorough. The appetizer, , entrees and desserts were very tasty . Manager stopped by so we passed our compliments about Evan to him ... This was our second time dining in the private vault. The food and service are unmatched in Hot Springs. Waitstaff is among the friendliest we have ever encountered. Trust me when I tell you to get the Brussels Sprouts and grilled Broccolini.

The fried Brie, the limoncello cheesecake, and the coffee were excellent. The $48 lamb shank was meh. Also they charge an additional 3.5% for using a credit card. It was the superb wait staff that caused me to give 4 stars rather than 3.

Food was great and our waiter Evan was unbelievably great. First time dining here and it was a great experience. The menu's light up so you don't have to turn your flashlight on your phone to see. Highly recommend eating here.

Such an awesome place to drop by! The atmosphere is absolutely incredible as is the restaurant layout! Open areas, bars and little private rooms that have privacy curtains...we just loved it! Their homemade tartar sauce was the absolute best I've ever had in my life! Our only complaint would be the service, it was pretty bad. The server was too concentrated on other people to properly take care of us 3.

Beautiful building inside and out. Every person we encountered staff wise was very pleasant. We arrived at our reservation 30 minutes early. So we sat at the bar and hand one of their AMAZING handcrafted signature drinks. The bartenders were friendly and very accomodating. Service was fast. Our waiter provided top class service, was very interactive and entertaining. 10 out of 10 recommend!
