I love this place! First food off the plane and we have returned many times! Food is consistently delicious and quickly served. Servers are attentive and friendly. Can accommodate large parties.
El Jimador is amazing. Located in The Villages in Hot springs Arkansas, I was visiting my brother and his wife and they took us to El Jimador for dinner. I ordered a dish with Jimador in the name - it may have been Enchiladas Jimador and it was truly delicious. All of the issues referenced in the old posts evidently have been addressed. New vinyl flooring-clean, tables appear new and clean. A/C working well. And my chimichanga supreme was wonderful, generous portions and very tasty
