The burgers are always freezing cold these not melted and excessive amounts of ketchup. They're assembly of the burgers is insane

Horrible service. Had to wait 15 minutes for our food after we ordered. They said they had just switched to lunch and they weren’t ready. If you start the lunch menu at 10:30 shouldn’t you be ready?

They ran out of eggs and biscuits but fortunately they were getting ready to switch over to lunch so hamburger were fine with us. Fries tastes like old grease. Other food was good.

They aren't even at the windows to take your money and then when you pull forward to another window they don't show up to explain anything. Yeah I won't be back

It'd be nice if the help would fix your drink.The way you asked to be fixed.Also it would be nice if I wouldn't have to come back and get a straw Help acts like it's a shame that they gotta do something for you makes it mad when they have to work.I read some of the other reviews that no different burger king

I have lived here for 20 years and this is by FAR the worst location I’ve ever been. I have received raw hamburgers…. Whitenesses employees getting high….. orders CONSTANTLY wrong… and they will charge you incorrectly… all this is not based off one time. I am not one to leave reviews but this is PATHETIC and someone or a GM should see this and definitely make some changes on expectations and QUALITY of what you are putting out.
Always busy, a bit too expensive these days. Still if your in a rush for food, it does satisfy and they still have the best Frys anywhere.

At 8 this a.m. pulled to the outside drive through lane to the menu board. 8 cars went through inside drive lane placing orders. By 810 still no one had taken order so I left.
