The kiosk is a horrible idea. It causes the employees to completely ignore you. If you're waiting at the counter with a question or a problem, you'll just simply wait. And, the kiosk doesn't take cash.

Food been going downhill place not clean as it should be and drinks was out of co2 or something all of them tasted awful
This is the best run McDonald's I've ever stopped at. Ordered with the app from the parking lot and walked in. I was greeted as I came in the door. I was immediately asked to take my order. When I told them it was an online order and my name they said here you go! Not much more you could ask for.
