Melinda's Coffee Corner & Cafe

I don't know what's happened to Melinda's but it's gone down hill. I drove 40 minutes to enjoy what once was the best quiche...only to get day old microwaved (as per staff member) quiche. The crust was bendable, not flaky and it was subpar. I will not be craving it again, nor will I go back. Even the Caramel Machiato tasted different than a several months ago. Not worth the money or the drive. But the premade quiche at Krogers and grab a Starbucks.

Love this place, wish I could bring it back to Texas with me. From the beer cheese to the bloody Mary. The owner took time out his day to talk with us. Can't wait to come back. Wish I could have eaten more. Drinks were phenomenal and strong.

that was the worst coffee i’ve ever had in my life. I was so disappointed - $6 down the drain. it tasted like the coffee beans were burnt and the milk was spoiled. I got a signature latte too so I had high hopes.

The vibes in the cafe itself are good.

Go here. That’s it. Go have breakfast here.
If you come to hot springs and you don’t eat here you truly missed out.

Wonderful food. The best Reuben sandwich I have ever eaten. Delicious pasta salad.

Discovered this lil hidden gem. We went and gave it a try,I’m so glad we did. Everything was fabulous 😋. Be going back often as it’s only 30 minutes away.

This coffee shop is an absolute gem! The coffee, pastries and their lunches are so delicious.

What really makes this place shine is the incredible staff. The girls working here are the sweetest, most welcoming people — they remember you and greet you with genuine smiles. Their customer service is top-notch.
