Not enough salad options and unfortunately, I felt it was too pricey for a vast group or class of folks. Missing a lot of business. Never received a printed check for our drinks we paid for at the bar(just drinks). The new owners seem happily vested in Sand Trap's patrons and operations. The food was great. The kitchen was serving fresh, savory, works of art!

Someone did not show up to work, apparently late leaving one poor person to do everything . Food was left on kitchen counter for over 5 minutes without being delivered. We left so can’t comment on food. Not the one person who was there’s fault. She could not possibly handle everything

The Sand Trap is “Cheers” for Hot Springs Village! A place where everybody knows your name…. Great food, including a gourmet brunch on Saturday and Sunday. From Darts on Mondays to Music Bingo on Thursdays, something is always going on! And - since it’s a Sports Bar, they are one of the few restaurants around which is open on Monday! Give it a try. And say “hi!” to the new owners, Richard and Amy. They’re doing a great job!

Best bar in Arkansas hands down! If you’re looking for a Cheers type bar look no further. We live in Indiana and come to Hot Springs anywhere from 3-6 times a year and we stop at Sand Trap everyday we are here and feel right at home. Food is amazing, make sure to try their brunch Saturday and Sunday. Service is wonderful and friendly; Shelby, Angela, and Katie are the best! Music Bingo on Thursday and Saturdays is a blast, the regulars are so much fun and know no strangers. Come for the food and service, stay for the atmosphere ❤

Had an amazing time. The appetizers and the food were great! Went back for blackened shrimp and cheezy grits the next day for Brunch.. Creme Brule French toast and sausage. And a Mamosa. Service was outstanding real personal attention given to all that pass through the door...I will be back...❤

My man and myself eat at a lot of diff places in diff states , and this place by far is the best so far , atmosphere, service, food, drinks, even the music was a good mix of diff genres and loud enough for u to hear it good but not to loud to where u couldn't talk everything was on point and actually way beyond my expectations, idk what the cooks do back there but they are amazing at what they do , perfection is the word to use, the bartenders/waitresses are awesome and great at what they do also ....we decided this is our number 1 place to come and eat in hot springs , can't wait to come back and try the whole menu ....great job u guys and keep it up, u all deserve a raise because u guys are all amazing at what u do , the owners knew what they were doing when they picked you guys as there staff ♥️♥️♥️♥️ see y'all soon ✌️!!!

Really Great place! Shelby is the Best!! Food is fresh and Wonderful. Very clean establishment. Outside seating is fun. Darts for games...Fun times for groups small or Large.

This place is a truly special hole in the wall. We were visiting Hot Springs for the weekend and needed a place to eat lunch before heading to the Ron Coleman mine.

The staff was so warm and welcoming. I wish we could have a place like this at home. I was shocked that all the food is made in-house. You can absolutely tell that it’s made with love.

We had the pretzel bites to start, which came with an AMAZING cheese sauce.

I had the brunch biscuits and gravy with an over easy egg and bacon. Might be the best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had (and that’s coming from a Texan). It was just soo darn good. My husband had the fried chicken sandwich and said it was absolutely delicious.

Definitely try the brunch if it’s available when you go. It’s a hidden gem. Not to mention the great prices. Don’t hesitate in giving this place a try!
