Corndog was not fully cooked, coating still raw around Weiner. Chicken sandwich was good, although chicken patty was broke into 3 pieces. No boba straw for my drink.

Absolutely horrible! The mozzarella sticks we ordered were completely burned, the meat ony husbands burger was raw and the two pretzels I ordered did not come with cheese. Also, the master shakes we received were nearly melted and running down the sides of the cup. When we called, we were told if we didn't like the service then go to the Sonic in Fountain Lake instead and was hung up on. This is completely unprofessional, and honestly the worst food we've received. I do not usually leave reviews at all, but for whoever decides to read this, take the extra 15 minutes to drive to Fountain Lake and eat at their sonic. At least if they mess up on your order they will make it right. The Manager at this location has always been rude, and hasn't changed.

The building and parking lot are always clean. The service is always excellent. And the drinks are absolutely the best at this Hot Springs Village location than many others that I’ve been to.

I have always been very kind and prompt. The people that bring out the food are always very friendly. I've never had a problem with service or the food here. This is one of my favorite Sonic restaurants to go to!

Great for fast food

Ok I've noticed that the meat that both sonic and McDonalds now tastes awful .. it has a gamey wild mexican range fed cattle taste .. I'm personally disgusted that these places have the audacity to sell something so disgusting..I had a discussion with friends last night and we all noticed that it has the same taste as Walmart's prepackaged Tyson hamburger .. I believe this will have been my last trip to sonic or McDonalds.. because of the current administration's regulations and jacking up wages food quality is now piss poor and apparently they've climbed in bed with tyson meats .. I believe this is being done to drive these franchises out of business..

Bradley A was the guy working the drive thru when we just went through there for happy hour. Had to give him a huge shout out because this kid was hustling and working his butt off and was really kind and joyful. IMO this guy is definitely going places in his life. Hard working and pleasant is a rarity these days so he was definitely worth leaving a 5 star review for. Thank you Bradley.
