We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and can't imagine any other restaurant we would rather visit for a special occasion. Everything was perfect! Thoughtful service, exquisitely curated menu, delicious creations from the kitchen. From the bread service to the trout roe atop the smoked salmon bruschetta to the truffle butter on the filet... every bite is such an incredible experience. We love the Brussels sprouts and the rice pudding we had for dessert spectacular. Beautiful details like miso caramel or the seared bluefin tuna ensure that we will be back every chance we get.

I didn't want counter seating and specifically requested main dining room and still got counter seating. Food was good, on par with a steakhouse in a large city. Also wasn't really pleased with the surcharge on using a card over cash. I've never seen a “higher” end restaurant do that especially when you are getting $200 for 2 to eat.

We arrived early, 4:30, to have an appetizer and drink. Decided on the 2 buck shuck and fried Brie plate. Had both the east and west coast oysters. $3 beers! What more can you ask for!

The food was absolutely outstanding. The service was superb. The price was worth the experience and quality could be the best I've experienced. We seated at the bar and Maranda was our server, Maranda made the night with suggestions on the menu and was very thorough on the ingredients and taste. Felt very welcomed and will definitely return.

As always, 501 never fails to impress!! The steaks there are bar none the best in town! The truffle fries, are impressive and the truffle chicken...yum!!! We were only sorry all the family came in sooner than expected so we didn't have a chance to dine with them more nights!! 501 is a definite must when visiting Hot Springs!
