Our first time in and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was amazing
All courses were perfectly prepared and delicious, in particular those featuring duck. We also enjoyed perusing, and sampling two of their extensive Bourbon offerings.
Delightful experience (again). They were ready for us, they acknowledged our special celebration, we had excellent service and courses were served at just the right intervals. We were not rushed. Food was generous and good. Bourbon selection excellent - but a bit pricey. Will continue to go back and recommend.
We eat here often when we are in town. Service is impeccable and the food is outstanding. My family loves eating here. Highly recommended.
If you reserve online, they will seat you upstairs instead of the nice dining room downstairs. For a $100 steak, I wish the service and experience was worth it. Overall, felt misled by the booking process. Food was decent.
The food and drinks were amazing, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, and the service was wonderful! Highly recommend!
Unfortunately our server submitted steak temperature for my husband incorrectly. She was exceptionally gracious and they in fact removed the price of the steak from our check. (Unfortunately my drink order was also incorrect but we let that slide.) The ambiance is beautiful and the balance of our meal was good.
The atmosphere and service was top notch. The food was excellent and the cocktails over the top. I will definitely be a regular . Last but not least the bourbon selection is the best in Arkansas.
Service was awesome. Food was good, but hard to justify for the price paid, in my opinion. I've been to many steakhouses in the southeast region (most major cities) and feel the prices here were even more than well known local establishments (Sperry's, Folks Folly, Does). The steaks at 501 are good, but they know they are the only “nice” steakhouse in town and charge a premium for that.
The food was probably the best we've had in the state! I had a wagyu skirt steak and my wife had a seared hamachi bowl and both were 10/10! Great drinks, service and exceptional food!

Food, Beverage, and Service were all excellent and most probably the best in Hot Springs. 501 is offering elevated food choices that other restaurants just aren't. Pricing does reflect the high levels so be aware of that, but it's worth it to me.
Normally the food is good as well as the service. However on this night they seated me upstairs although I reserved downstairs. They brought the food out cold and the both dishes we ordered was not up to their normal standard with regard to flavor. They made an attempt to make it right but still charged me when it should have been no charge at all except for the one glass of wine my wife had. I was really shocked since we've eaten here several times in the last two years and always had good food. We will go back one more time to prove this was just a bad night for them.
Mediocre at best. Our server was more interested in chatting with the table next to us than in serving us. He argued relentlessly with my wife about how she wanted her steak cooked. The food was mediocre, and they OVER cooked my wife's steak. We told our server we were there to celebrate our friend's birthday and he said, "cool, mine was last week". This place is NOTHING like the fine dining we are accustomed to. If I pay $500 for a meal I want professional and efficient service AND exceptional food. This place missed the mark on both.
Cole was great and made our dining experience extremely enjoyable. Oysters were on point and the pork chop was even better.
We had a great time at 501 Prime. Their service was fast and the food was very good. I wouldn't say it was a value at all but you get what you pay for.
