I Won't ever go back to this hell hole! I saw a sign saying new owner etc so I gave it a chance. Ordered a kids meal burger(plain) and fries.. waited 25 mins in the line..got the saltiest cheeseburger with everything on it. Fries were dumped in the sack completely burnt and inedible root beer was watered down. ? worst 7.75 I've spent in a while!

One of the best A&W’s I’ve eaten at. The staff were very nice and the restaurant was super clean. The food was fresh and delicious.
We are visiting hotsprings on summer break and feeling hungry, so we stopped by the A&W by looking at sign all American food. Food and service were brilliant and never seen in fast food. Dinning frosted mugs ? ♥️ are fabulous. Chicken strips were juicey and bigger than any other fast food chain that we had so far. Recommended onion rings were fantastic.

Im aware of the reputation this place had. I dined in once with previous owners, felt like a truck stop. The new owners have turned it around. Very kind. Humorous and generous people! For it to be a semi fast food establishment they made it feel like a 5 star restaurant. ? Highly recommend giving them a first or even a second chance!
When I walked in the atmosphere was way better than before. Staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and will be back. ?

We had lunch today and it was very good! They have a frosted mug for your root beer. I found out today that this location has beyond burger. I will be trying this next time I am there. They have new owners now and I was pleased by the service.
