We ordered several different menu items yesterday and out of 5 things the only thing ‘good’ was the Gyoza. The tuna in the sushi was visibly canned tuna and was inedible it was so gross. By far the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Fried rice was stringy and had burnt eggs, and the miso soup tasted off like something was in it that shouldn’t be. The last few times we have eaten here it’s been worse and worse. Tried giving a fair chance but it’s just money wasted.

Just tried to go and eat, usually love it here but it’s gone so down hill. We sat in a nearly empty building, two other tables at the time we were sat. We were passed by the couple servers multiple times and not acknowledged after being sat. No water, no menus, for almost 20 minutes. We watched them talk at the bar for most of the time, they took one tables order and bussed one table otherwise. Worst service ever

Great food and great prices! The ginger salad dressing was delicious and so was the lunch steak hibachi and the crunchy cali roll.
Absolutely horrible place. Has roaches crawling, flies everywhere, I was there Saturday night and the male server was being so hateful to female server. Absolutely not respect for her. The owner/manager was talking so bad to the female server and was giving her dirty looks in front of a full house. I will never ever suggest this place to anyone. To think I came here a lot is crazy. Me and my whole entire family will NOT be back. Also, thank you Tess for the great service. You were wonderful and very attentive. We need more servers like you!

I think the food is good to great on several trips here. It's a better value than other places price wise, but on occasions, the flavor has been incredible. This place has been a go-to place on visits to Hot Springs. The people are polite, the restaurant clean, and the food always good. It'd be a 5 star across the board if the Smoked Salmon always had a smoked flavor. Sometimes it seems like regular Salmon, but still, it has been good.
