I would like to give the General Manager Mr.James a big thank you for his service,I had a misunderstanding when entering their business, gave him a call and he made sure me and my lady recieved a free dessert for the inconvenience and catered to all our needs..5 stars for Mr.James! ~Curtis From Prescott☝️😁

Today we went to Applebee's, I had a gift card that someone gave me. Our server Nayla was absolutely the best. And our hamburger, fries and boneless wings was great. Thank u Nayla, and to the cook..we will be back...

We ordered doordash this evening for dinner. It arrived quickly and the driver was friendly and professional.

The food, however, was indescribably bad. I had the shrimp tex-mex bowl. It tasted like eating hard, cardboard. I kept getting things out of my mouth just trying to figure out if it was a particular bad ingredient, or exactly what. The corn was rock hard. The lettuce was very bad. The rice did not taste at all like rice. The only thing with a recognizable taste was the shrimp. Sincerely, nothing in it was fresh. It was very, very bad.

My husband ordered a steak. He said it was OK but half was gristle so he ate the part that wasn't and tossed the rest.

We ordered the butter pecan desert. I really want to tell you it was very good and made up for the main meals but it did not. It just wasn't much.

We got the little pizza for our son and he said it was fine. Husband said broccoli and mashed potatoes were good.

I have never left a review like this in my life and I hate to but my goodness, $60 for food that is good is one thing but $60 for food as terrible as this is another. We haven't eaten at Applebee's in several years and thought we'd give it a shot again. If you are thinking of the same, just don't. Especially if you are thinking of a tex-mex bowl or a steak. Maybe there are other options that are good. There must be.

Half way thru our meal Mr. Roach made an appearance on our table and that ended our appetite. The waiter got the manager and manager did comp our meal and apologized. It's just not good when roaches are in dining room in the middle of the day. We will not be going back.

We stopped in for a quick salad, nothing fancy. The food was good but the service was excellent. I’d like to acknowledge Ella. She did everything right, timely and with a smile.

Where do I start! I’ll start at if I could give no stars I WOULD! My husband and I were visited this place around 4pm on Saturday. Upon walking in we could see 5 employees (yes, I counted) standing in the rear conversing amongst each other. The hostess seemed over it! Like she was ready to go home! She grab menus to seat us. We walked all around the front half and side while she looked for a table. There were 3 parties (2 of them had 2 people and the other had maybe 7-8 people) EVERY EMPTY TABLE FROM THE FRONT TO THE SIDE WHERE THE REGISTER SAT WAS DIRTY! None had been busted. The woman at the register told the hostess she didn’t have an empty table cause none were clean that we had to sat else where. It seemed she was the only one working compared to everyone else. Once she finally sat us, we sat and waited and waited and waited and waited. The side we were sat on everyone had empty plates just sitting which peaked my interest cause to me that screams running behind or slow service! Two ladies walked out I thought one was headed to the table but no, they took time to stand at the hostess station doing idk what then turned to go back to the kitchen all while laughing and talking. So we waited and waited. Finally one of the waitresses finally makes her way to the table DRYYYYY as ever “hi, sorry bout the wait. Do you know what you want to drink?” That sent me over the edge. Cause we’ve already waited an excusable amount of time. And we were the only ones to enter during the whole time. And every table in the restaurant had food but 1 (which was served to them as soon as we were seated). And it was only 6 parties not including us in the entire restaurant! I would NEVER suggest going here EVER! I haven’t ate at this establishment in over 20yrs and I see why!

I went in before closing. Half the food was cold and dried out especially the Alfredo sauce. Turned off the music and the TVs so we were sitting in silence after attending a Nikko moon concert .. I will not be going back to this Applebee's

Service was fine. Some of the worst food I've had at a sit down restaurant. We got the honey chicken tenders and mac and cheese. The tenders where fine, but the pasta had the texture of pasta that was cooked for 15 mins and ragu has more flavor than the sauce. This wouldn't be so bad I guess if the plates weren't 15 dollars each. Some tv dinners would have blown it out of the water. This is the only time in my memory i didn't finish the food at a resturant and it wasn't because I was full. I cannot emphasize enough how food this bad has any place being as expensive as it was.

Great experience and probably the best I’ve gotten at an apple bees in Arkansas so far , me and wife were taken great care of and our waitress to a fantastic job accommodating us the whole time , we were greeted with a smile when we entered and left , glad hot springs location is still open and they were very fast with everything, highly recommended

This is a place that my two young grandkids love to go to. They love their ribs and fries sometimes the broccoli.
