First time in this particular Arby's it was lunch rush hour and the staff was quick and friendly had our order out by the time we got our drinks and a table it was just what we ordered even my special sandwich will be
Did an online pickup order and although I was the only customer there they wouldn't give my order to me at the drive through. They made me come inside. And if they had been busy, fine. But I was the only customer there.

The female manager on duty messed up the order then was very rude about fixing it and when asked for a refund she tried not to refund all of the money. Very disappointed in the

Does anybody remember when fast food joints were affordable? I mean, $10 for most sandwiches and $2.50 for cokes... It's just another sign of our current economy. The sandwiches I ordered were good, but I'm having to think about my "too tired to cook, I'll just grab something quick" way of thinking.
