Pricey but good. Get Luxardos for the drinks.

The food was fantastic!! The views from the back porch were spectacular. This is a great place to sit down and talk with family and friends and enjoy at atmospheric environment!

Our experience was pretty average. We arrived at 4pm and there was immediate seating. Our server was polite, but was not super friendly or talkative. She didn't really smile. The salads were fresh. We started with spinach artichoke dip, it was mostly just spinach and not enough artichoke or cheese. We both ordered steak, it was cooked how we asked and tasted good. My husband loved the french fries and I loved the grilled broccoli.

In all, it was about $85 before tip. I personally think the service we got, the overall restaurant environment, and food is not worth that price. This isn't a fine dining restaurant.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars! This was a horrible experience. Especially, for the price we paid. Our steaks were bland (no seasoning at all)! The sides weren't good at all. The shrimp mac n cheese was bland and not nearly enough cheese. The loaded baked potato casserole was dry and bland, it literally was mashed potatoes with a sprinkle of cheese and overly cooked bacon bits on the top. I asked for sour cream to maybe make it eatable but never received it. I order sautéed vegetables. I assumed it would either be onions, bell peppers and mushrooms (for the steak) or sautéed zucchini & squash but what they brought me was some pan seared fresh (cold) green beans 🤮 The bread was so tough that we couldn't hardly chew it. The salad looked as if it was poured straight out of a bag and slapped into a bowl. The mozzarella sticks were okay but tasted like the came from a Walmart freezer bag 5 for $10.. I ordered the flat iron steak and added shrimp for $10 I got the parmesan garlic shrimp and only received 3 shrimp. They also topped my steak with the shrimp and sauce which I did not expect. My son ordered the exact same meal, he received 5 shrimp with no sauce. The ONLY good thing about this place is the view from the back patio. Our server did the very minimum. Truth is there was 9 of us and since it was a large party they added gratuity into our bill so he wasn't concerned with it because he knew he was getting a good tip either way. He made $100 tip from our whole party. Me, my husband and 2 kids bill was $230 by itself and it wasn't worth $50. I would NEVER go back here. Probably the worst experience and steak I've ever had. Save your money.

Came with a large group which seems to be normal for this spot. I think 75% of the diners were on a work dinner. Service was better than I expected for a large group. Steak was ok but fries were not good. Overall this place isn’t a good value. Prices are insane for the quality.

The food was great! I had the grilled steak salad, fantastic!
The atmosphere was ok, our table was very small for 4 people.
All in all we loved it!!

we sat on the back porch overlooking the water. We had the Cajun shrimp smothered on top of a perfectly medium rare cooked ribeye,.
Their salad was so fresh. There was not one dark spot on any single leaf of lettuce .
This place will not disappoint!

Found this place on google maps while looking for a dinner near our hotel. It did not disappoint. My steak was cooked perfectly and flavorful. My wife’s diver scallops were also very good. Scenery at sunset was spectacular and Callie our server was as sweet as can be.
A little pricey but worth it.

We were searching for a restaurant for dinner when we saw the signs for the "Back Porch Grill" not far from our hotel. This is located on Lake Chamberlain in Hot Springs. Fortunately the weather on 10/23 was beautiful. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the views of the boats and docks.
The food was excellent. Our server "Kali" was attentive and very sweet. She came back several times to be sure my husband's steak was cooked the way he wanted it and if we needed anything else.
I enjoyed the scallops in the butter garlic sauce that were delicious. They have a variety of seafood options as well as steaks.
