There was one lady working when my family entered and she was very rude. Wouldn't recommend.

Went to the store on Central Ave at 7:05 pm last night after having dinner at a BBQ place close by. The store was dark(no lights), the staff was mopping. We asked if they were open? They said yes but had limited Ice cream. They confirmed that with all the ice cream being covered up in the the display cases. So technically it was closed and we were distrubing their early closing time at 7 pm verses what the sign said the door at was 8 pm. Ownership might want to look into how the store is managed. We just left and went to a Scoops and had a fantasic experience!

Came through drive thru at 5 pm Sunday August 31st. Rude employee. Stale cake cone. Out of the flavors we wanted, why have them up if it’s no no no? No waffle cones available at all. Options were cake or sugar. Five dollars for a small portion that didn’t even fill or slightly fill the bottom of the stale cake cone. This place is just ridiculous. Is the focus more on the dunkin? Overpriced ice cream. Franchise owner please step in, if your employees are grumpy it ruins an experience. I was not surprised to read the other reviews on here. This place needs a re do. For a tourist vacation town and for families in general, an ice cream shop does matter.

I have been to this store at least a dozen times this summer. They have yet to have Chocolate Chip ice cream. Constantly sold out. They should consider ordering higher quantities.

Every time I go to that Baskin-Robbins they’re always out of flavors, It’s not 31 flavors. It’s more like two flavors. In my opinion. I think it’s just laziness. They don’t wanna go open up a new vanilla or a new chocolate chip and stick it in the slot.

Extremely rude employees. Bad customer service. We were told to leave at 8:00 even though we were not through eating. The shift manager held the door open and stared at us until we left. Ironically, she is a customer at the company where I work. She never gets treated like that. We hold ourselves to much higher standards. Drive on by this place. Go to Scoops.

We stood there completely invisible—multiple employees saw us but never acknowledged us. One sat talking on the phone the whole time. Unbelievably rude service. Won’t be back.

They never have anything. Like ever. I’ve randomly pop in to try them but they never have any ice cream. It’s mind boggling.
The staff are so nice. The cappuccino blast is terrific
