Brick House Grill

Horrible experience. We waited for over 30 minutes to have our order taken, one of the appetizers was cold and we had to ask for it to be fixed. I think they just reheated it in the microwave, at least it was warm. The food we ordered took over an hour to be served, my chicken sandwich was overcooked and was dry and had no flavor. Our waitress was not attentive, I retrieved my own to go boxes and then we had to wait for our check. I really didn't even want to leave a tip. For the service and quality of food, it was over-priced. My son had a hamburger and Mac and cheese, he did say they were really good.

Our server Jamie was fantastic. Watched the details, was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Without being overbearing or pushy.

The food was good and received immediate seating/service upon arriving. I had the chargrilled burger cooked to perfection. It was thick more than a mouth full. I had to cut it in half. My husband had sirloin and grilled shrimp, again cooked to perfection.
We're looking forward to dining there again while visiting Hot Springs.

We had an excellent time eating at the brick house grill. The food was hot and delicious. Our sever went above and beyond to be attentive and friendly. Her name was Jeri and she will be a big part of the reason we will be returning on our next spontaneous vacation. TEAM JERI!!!!

Jerry (i’m sorry if i spelled it wrong) was amazing ! She recommended the cheese curds and they were the best i’ve had as well as amazing service. Their ribs were amazing too ! 10/10 will be back !

The food was terrible, I had to ask for water three times, and the seating is less than ideal. We didn't even finish our food.

The steak tasted like formaldehyde, the burger had zero seasoning, and the cheese wasn't even melted (it was cold).

With open tables, they also tried to seat us directly in front of the restroom doors.

We'd rather eat the Hot Pockets in our freezer than return here.

The most flavorful thing I ate was ketchup. I had the chicken fried chicken and my boyfriend has the Ruben. Literally everything tasted like nothing. We also had the spinach dip and….wow. The prices on the lunch menu and the service made up for the subpar food, but wouldn’t eat here again unfortunately.
