The worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had. Not sure if they were super understaffed or what was going on. It was only Wednesday night. 3hr process with empty drinks multiple times while waiting forever for our salad and sandwich... . Food took about 1hr 45min to get. Ppl came in 1hr after us and got food before us. Way to welcome us to Arkansas. Would never recommend to anyone. Horrific and nothing was done or no one came to speak to us about it... Just tossed aside tourist. Food wasn't even that great

Can’t trust their hours. They apparently close whenever they want and don’t update their listing to reflect the actual hours.

If you like fried food this is a good option for you. Staff was friendly, just not really my style of food. The boat dock is in need of repair.

Don't bother coming to this place. They have the floor so understaffed the employees can't even keep up. Waited 1.5hrs for our food and were told it was still only 'almost done'. We paid for drinks and left, even the employees wanted reviews put in so that they could get some help.

When we arrived we were told a 20 minute wait. After waiting 30 we finally were given a table and then the food took about another 30 minutes to come out not to add delay time for ordering. The view is fantastic but with tired and kids it just was not the scene due to the wait. The food had really large portions that could feed two per plate.

It’s took 55 minutes from the time we ordered our food until em the time we got it and it wasn’t super busy. When we got out food, most of it was cold. We had 10 people in our group but told them that we could sit separately and pay separately. Most of our drink went empty on several occasions while waiting for our food to come out. When we got our bills they added a 20% mandatory tip even though we asked to be seated separately. The meal wasn’t worth $30+ a person and the service DEFINITELY wasn’t worth 20%.

Good food!
Most of the staff are very helpful. I think the hostess could do better.
I love that they offer healthy fresh options as well as all things fried. The food is very good.
And the refill jar drinks are yummy!

Every time I go here whether it is with 2 people or 12 people there is always a wait of over an hour. I can understand when it’s busy but when it’s standstill and there’s still a ridiculous wait time then not so much.

This place was very cool. Great food and our server was so sweet. Loved the view.

The bar tender was great. Knew his business and he was charming. The food was good but mostly fried.
