I can't believe there are only 14 reviews. Bubba's is the bomb for catfish. I live in MO but when in Hot Springs for a week, we are eating there AT LEAST twice. Its been a few years but next month we are there. Can't wait. And def get the tarter sauce. Its the best!

I haven't had catfish this good in years. Love the fries, and the hush puppies. The shrimp was good, but I'm picky with shrimp. I'll definitely have to stop back here again. Good food and you get what you pay for.

Visiting Hot Springs from Florida. The food was excellent, so good we ate dinner here 2 nights in row. The catfish was fried with cornmeal, not overbreaded. The fried crawfish tails are great and the crawfish pies are excellent. Great Coleslaw from a restaurant is hard to come by and Bubbas is great. The dipping sauces are amazing.
This place is absolutely incredible. It's like a hidden gem in Hot Springs. They deserve a full fledged restaurant. Their catfish is clean, perfect cut, perfect fry and seasoned well. Hushpuppies are the right amount of crisp, same with the french fries. ? But most impressive of all might be their fried pies. We had an apple and a chocolate. I dropped my chocolate pie halfway through and we ended up going to buy another because it was so perfectly made, we didn't wanna leave town without it.
Perfect food aside, they are kind with good customer service. We will definitely be stopping here every time we come to Hot Springs and you should too.

The food tastes good its just that. Well the fish is a lot smaller than the pictures show. Service was ok. I tried substituting slaw for a fried pie which is the same price and they wouldn't. I got two 2 piece fish dinners and paid almost $29. Not sure how that
