The food tastes good its just that. Well the fish is a lot smaller than the pictures show. Service was ok. I tried substituting slaw for a fried pie which is the same price and they wouldn't. I got two 2 piece fish dinners and paid almost $29. Not sure how that

Just a roadside stand with only take out. (Does have a picnic table )The food is excellent. We called our order into the restaurant, and it was ready on time, hot, and very tasty.
Food was horrible. 4 of us (including 2 17 year olds) could not eat our food all ranging from different items. The food is just not good. We have tried them 3 times and made excuses for the bad food based on it's a busy holiday or it's the slow season but can't make excuses anymore for bad food. The service and servers were great but won't go back.

Fried catfish was excellent. The fried shrimp looked flattened. (Like from a pre-frozen box?) French fries were limp, soft and barely warm. Not crispy at all. Coleslaw was ok. Tasted and looked like there was mustard in it. It had a yellowish tint. Not used to that in coleslaw but, may be the way they make it in this area.

This place has always been my favorite for catfish, but I can no longer give them my business. The catfish filets are now just pieces that are way too small for the price. New owners? New management? What was a fair price, is now a complete rip off! The change in Cole slaw recipe is also a fail. What happened to the big catfish filets?

I was looking forward to the catfish and shrimp combo, based on the comments. The service was nice. As everyone stated, they have outside seating. It smelled delicious! However, the fish was fried to hard and shrimp was okay. Didn't eat the coleslaw or finished the rest of it. Removing from my favorites.
Great place to grab some fish to go. They have tables so you can eat it there as well. No inside dining only take out. Best tartar sauce I have ever tasted!
