Real good when you haven't eaten all day.
Shrimp is always good.

The best catfish I have ever had in my life. I had leftovers and so I ate a cold peice later and it was still good yall.

I can't believe there are only 14 reviews. Bubba's is the bomb for catfish. I live in MO but when in Hot Springs for a week, we are eating there AT LEAST twice. Its been a few years but next month we are there. Can't wait. And def get the tarter sauce. Its the best!

I loved the fish and shrimp, but the boudin balls were not good and the hush puppies were meh. Kind of hit and miss. Very small dining room. Most folks were getting to go.

Bubba's was a delicious surprise. A no-frills place with amazing food. We had the Seafood Sampler & 2pc Catfish Platter with a Crawfish Fried Pie. Everything was fresh, lightly breaded and fried to perfection. Generous portions at a very reasonable price. We had our lunch at one of the cozy tables. It's small inside, but who cares, the food is awesome and you can order it to go.
Gage was friendly and patient...it took me a while to decide what I wanted....so many good choices!
Bubba's is a definite must try!

This has got to be the best southern seafood I've ever gone to! The catfish was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the fried crawfish tails were rich in flavor and had the perfect crunch, oh, and the server was an absolute gentleman. If I could give it more stars, I definitely would.

Took my mom, dad, and aunt. Seating is tight inside, but with the help of nice patrons, we made it work. There are picnic tables outside. We were there when UT was dark, so they wanted to stay inside. Everyone loved the food! The Facebook special fed 3 adults. I got my own 3 piece catfish with coleslaw and we took it home as leftovers. Every bit if it got eaten! I would bring the family here again!

Parking: Pulling up to the joint and parking was easy. But, pulling out from the hole-in-the-wall building and onto the road is a little tricky. Especially, if you can't see around the vehicle parked next to you.

Small place that's big on flavor. The guy that took our order had a slight southern drawl. He quickly had our food out to us and it was great. Hot and fresh and the hush puppies are so good as good as my mother in laws and hers are the best.

The food from Bubba’s is always excellent! Their portions are very generous! The food appears to be cooked to order and is always fresh! The staff is always friendly!

The catfish was delicious!! Cooked and seasoned perfectly!! Coleslaw was just as good!! Customer service was great and the gentleman very nice!!

Just left from here and OMG this catfish is delicious! Breaded and fried to perfection for that amazing crunch when you bite into it! Seasoned perfectly as well! Panko breaded fried shrimp was just as amazing! Bomb hush puppies to the perfect sweet tea! Definitely glad we came here as we had seen it on our way to Garven Gardens. Inside was clean and had a laid back, cozy decor. A must stop when in Hot Springs!
