More than 20 minutes to get 1 whopper and a drink. And it wasn’t busy.

I tried calling for a job here and she picked up and when I asked if they was hiring she hung up on me no name no nothing just hung up rude service here to came here not long to order food took a while but then when I got my phone I was missing some stuff so I politely went up there to ask for my missing item and they just looked at me rude

Thank you Burger King for coming in clutch after 4 hours of trail riding. Some magical way you out did the other local fast foods places and for a reasonable price.

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes behind another driver who was there before I was and I had pre ordered on the BK app ..and they were waiting on an order of french fries...

The hamburger was extremely dry. It is obvious the hamburger has been sitting around for many hours.
The person who took my order has a terrible attitude.
I will never go to this Burger King ever again.

Very rude employees they stood at the window chatting while my boyfriend waited to place his order only to tell him they didn’t have the chicken sandwiches and he couldn’t use his coupon. The managers name was Brian on Grand Ave.

Man all i got to say is dont look at me all pissed off and have attitude because your team didn't get my order correct.
And when i was quite polite with my request to fix it.
I could have been rude or pissed off the fact that it put be behind on my schedule but some of us was raised different and it shows

The shroom and Swiss melt was cold and just on 2 pieces of bread, not toasted at all. This was after they had me pull around to wait for the order. Dr. P tasted more like carbonated water.

228 w grand st @1:26 pm. All tables dirty. People who are not customers in lobby and not the kind anybody would like to sit having lunch with. I asked for tables to be wiped. Was told we had a big lunch. As for my meal, well the person who took my order went around to the drive up window, and proceeded to assist the drive up person with carry out passing up my order. When he was done at window he to 2 different glasses of soda, drank some, thru away cups, then walked away from my order again. I asked woman wiping tables. She got my order and launched it onto the counter. I know $14 and hour is not a retirement wage, but if you take the job... do the job! And do it well! Hopefully the owners will see this comment and "spy" on there employees.
