The hamburger was extremely dry. It is obvious the hamburger has been sitting around for many hours. The person who took my order has a terrible attitude. I will never go to this Burger King ever again.

Very rude employees they stood at the window chatting while my boyfriend waited to place his order only to tell him they didn’t have the chicken sandwiches and he couldn’t use his coupon. The managers name was Brian on Grand Ave.

Man all i got to say is dont look at me all pissed off and have attitude because your team didn't get my order correct. And when i was quite polite with my request to fix it. I could have been rude or pissed off the fact that it put be behind on my schedule but some of us was raised different and it shows They not like me do better

The shroom and Swiss melt was cold and just on 2 pieces of bread, not toasted at all. This was after they had me pull around to wait for the order. Dr. P tasted more like carbonated water.

228 w grand st @1:26 pm. All tables dirty. People who are not customers in lobby and not the kind anybody would like to sit having lunch with. I asked for tables to be wiped. Was told we had a big lunch. As for my meal, well the person who took my order went around to the drive up window, and proceeded to assist the drive up person with carry out passing up my order. When he was done at window he to 2 different glasses of soda, drank some, thru away cups, then walked away from my order again. I asked woman wiping tables. She got my order and launched it onto the counter. I know $14 and hour is not a retirement wage, but if you take the job... do the job! And do it well! Hopefully the owners will see this comment and "spy" on there employees.

-0 stars. I went today just now around 4:10.i was the only one in lobby. I got a double cheeseburger & a med. fry. I added a few things to my burger and took condiments off. I waited there for 20 minutes finally I stood at the counter I had to go.one manager handed me a bag I checked my burger(I can’t come back so I wanna make sure my order is correct)he gave me a totally different burger I didn’t order.he threw it away and got the big boss.big boss takes my receipt and makes the next burger himself.i check the burger it has no pickles,and one meat patty.i got a double cheeseburger. At this point im irritated and ready to freaking go.they added bacon I didn’t have a bacon burger.the bacon was freezing cold and looks raw.the other patty he gave me on the side was freezing cold.instead of waiting for him to mess up another burger I just had him hand me and other beef patty at this point im 15 minutes late for work.its a joke there. Everytime I go I have to check my food it’s never correct!!! And these were the managers today. Poor service and they don’t know what their doing

Excellent Bacon burger! Don't ear to much processed or fast food anymore, but must say this burger was pretty good! Excellent service and nice di ing room area. Only complaint..the men's bathroom was sad, sad shape! No soap, the dispenser was torn off the wall, no towels to dry your hands off? The towels were stuck up inside the dispenser.
