This Burger King(Grande Avenue) is the worst Burger King in Hot Springs the Workers will literally see you walk in and look at you and jump right back on their phones and won’t even acknowledge that you’re there only when you yell or say something crazy will they finally half ahh take your order I only gave 1 star because it was only the worst option possible would give negative 20 if I could and the worst part is the lobby don’t even be full it be empty and it still takes them 5-10 business days just to take your order and another 7-10 business days jus to get your food unless it’s the last operating restaurant in Hot Springs do not and I mean do not go to that Burger King STAY TF away from there

Burger King is always smart enough to take customers money. Majority of the times they will not pack all the items, specially when they pack it snickered, you don’t tend to check and they surely miss 1 or 2 items. They will ask to comeback or never refund. I never see any of the Burger King location refunding for missing items, but irrespective of the city they always miss the items to pack. May be it’s part of their training.

Thank you Burger King for coming in clutch after 4 hours of trail riding. Some magical way you out did the other local fast foods places and for a reasonable price.
Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes behind another driver who was there before I was and I had pre ordered on the BK app ..and they were waiting on an order of french fries...

Very rude employees they stood at the window chatting while my boyfriend waited to place his order only to tell him they didn’t have the chicken sandwiches and he couldn’t use his coupon. The managers name was Brian on Grand Ave.
