Husband picked up food through drive-thru today. When he got home and we started opening everything up we immediately noticed mold on the buns to out chicken sandwhiches ? absolutely disgusting.

we went when it was super slow- we were the only ones there. the girl who took our order & was at the window was impatient & rude. they forgot our sauces & the sweet tea tasted rotten like they hadn’t made a new batch of tea since that morning. i had to throw it away after one sip. the food wasn’t as good as other BKs here. i thought people were being too harsh when they said this is the worst burger king in hot springs but they’re not wrong.

Lady at the window had to be high she handed me the wrong drink couldn’t figure out what drink we needed after asking and telling her 3 times and she whispers omg and slams the window multiple time after handing out our food it was cold and unedable and I just left!

Worst ever experience of my life. So much for I'll just run to bk for linch..thus horrible experience took a hour for it to complete not exceptsble fr9m a business oenrt myself. Never have I been so humiliated. I was literally treated like the scum from the bottom of my shoe from the manager and some employees. Manager was hostile when I had to return to the store because they gave me the wrong order @ the drive thru. Then she wants to give me the three sandwiches that had been sitting there about 20 minutes. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! THIS WOULD BE AN ARTICLE IF I WERE TO TELL THE WHOLE STORY OF DISRESPECT IN THAT STORE!! I was not responsible for their mistake but they made me feel like it was and that I was dirt to them. I definitely do not recommend this establishment with this type of hostility and humiliation from and encouraged by management! I can't believe she tried to make me feel guilty for their mistake. I watched them throw away the order I brought back and the three cold sandwiches in two sandwiches because of their mishap. She even told me her manager was on the sandwich line when I asked who I could complain to over her. She looked around and said he don't have time to talk to me. So if that were true then they train managers to treat oayrins this way? I'll go to another location..this is the first time I've ever complained about service at a Burger King but this one has repeatedly messed up orders and the one time I take a messed up order back I was treated like scum.
