Don't try and call past 6pm for a to go order, kitchen staff deliberately leaves phone off the hook so all you get is busy signal. This is 6th time this has happened since beginning of summer.
We placed a call in order. The food was ready quickly and the taste was really good as well.

I enjoy coming here. It's a nice family owned place to have some good food. The staff are always available to help or to chat for a min and be friendly. I dont feel like a customer. I feel welcomed and appreciated every time. The cook is on point back there as well. She's fast and thorough. She always waves to the kids. The place is covered in really cool memorabilia. I always see something I didn't see last time.

Today, I ate lunch at Burgers and More. I have been on a strict eating regimen and have been avoiding certain foods because they make me sick. I ordered a burger with cheddar cheese, no bun etc. It came with American cheese, which I cannot eat. I explained it to the waitress, and she told me I did not ask for cheddar cheese and this is how the burger comes. I explained I cannot eat it that way, and she begrudgingly took it back to the kitchen. After which, I asked if I could just pay for it and buy one the way I wanted. She told me it had been thrown out. I did not finish my food, so I took it home.
I did not feel well this afternoon, so I looked at the food and noticed there was still some American cheese on it. This leads me to believe they just did what they could to scrape it off and didn’t actually throw it away.
If you are looking for a burger restaurant that views its customers as guests. This isn’t the one. Go to David’s Burgers. They welcome their customers as guests and go above and beyond to make them feel welcomed and happy.
I will not be back to this restaurant.
