So I'm from the Chicago area and am not a Cajun food expert by any means... But I know good food. So I'm just going off my taste alone. We liked the food a lot a lot here. It's a food truck with cute art work on the side and some tables for nice weather.

I ordered the shrimp po boy and dirty rice. The sandwich was great I thought. The shrimps were large and they were cooked perfectly... Definitely not over-cooked. They had a light breading, there were medium thin slices of tomato, Lettuce, mayo (I don't recall if it was plain mayo or had seasoning).
The dirty rice had a nice flavor with the beef and a bit of green pepper in it for color and mild flavor. I don't know anything about dirty rice but this was good.

My husband had the catfish plate with 3 pieces of breaded catfish. He liked the fries a lot, they were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The fish had a breading that I think was cornmeal? I typically don't like catfish but I had a taste and it wasn't fishy... It was good. His meal came with tartar sauce, ketchup and lemons. They have a variety of hot sauces if you want to take a little bit to go.

We also got the boudin (spelling?) balls. We were too stuffed to try them but they looked really good.

I think this truck is newer so help em get started and go try something different. The food is very good, your stomach will thank you.

I tried this food truck for the first time today for lunch and I will 100% be back!! Very nice people, very yummy and tasty food!! I got a half shrimp po boy and half crawfish étouffée and a side order of Boudin balls and it was all so good! The portions are plenty and the food was seasoned perfectly!

I ordered the crawfish etouffee, red beans & rice, and a boudin ball for dinner tonight. The food was seasoned to perfection. Everything that I ordered tasted delicious. The portions are generous for the price. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The owners are very kind and accommodating. This was my first visit but definitely won't be my last!

My husband is from south Louisiana and it's hard to find true Cajun food! The best food truck we have found! The have the best boudin balls, coconut cream pie, and Po-Boys!!

Amazing cornmeal breading super fresh and hot!
The Crawfish Etouffee was also fantastic. They gave us a little sample…loved it. Even took an extra bowl to-go to have the next day. Yummy!
Dessert was homemade Key Lime pie…Amazing!
They said they change up desserts daily and do more food specials that are not on the menu.
Can’t wait to try the next special and more pie! ?
Sat outside and ate on the picnic tables. Really nice talking to all the customers walking up…

As a native, they are doing solid work. Boudin balls are crispy as they should be and the remoulade sends it over the top. Dirty rice, superb. The gumbo is good, maybe not as good as my Dads (but I’m a little bias)

This is good Cajun food. Most “Arkansans” wouldn’t know Cajun food if it slapped them in the face.
