The service was terrible. I felt like nobody cared about our table. We got our drinks in about 20 min, and our foods/mostly salads/ were served in approximately 40 min or more. No appologies for delayed service. It was very noisy inside since one little annoying girl were constantly screaming there, and the manager Sebastian?, I think this was his name, did not do anything about that. My friend refused to pay for the food and such service. We all four of us feel bad about coming to the restarant. Not sure if we ever come there again.

Taco Heaven in Hot Springs
We stumbled into this gem mid-afternoon when it wasn’t too busy, and wow—what a treat. From start to finish, the service was warm and attentive, and the food arrived fast, piping hot, and absolutely bursting with flavor.

We started with two appetizers: the guacamole and the smashed avocado & ceviche tower. Both were sensational—fresh, vibrant, and delicious enough to make us consider ordering seconds.

For my entrée, I tried three tacos: Negra Modelo Barbacoa, carne asada, and pork belly. Each one was out-of-this-world scrumptious, but the pork belly really stole my heart. My husband went with chicken tinga, a classic taco, and the milanesa taco. He was all praises for them, especially the milanesa—it was his standout favorite.

Every bite was a joy, and we already know this spot will be on our list next time we’re back in Hot Springs. If you’re craving bold flavors, stellar service, and a relaxed vibe, this place delivers.

We tried Capo’s Tacos for the first time on Friday, July 4. We decided to give them try based on Facebook ads that showed a margarita special for the holiday. We were highly disappointed. Our server, Luis was so rude, condescending and unhelpful from the second we sat down. On two occasions my husband wanted to walk out-but we didn’t thinking the service would get better. It didn’t. We ordered Carne Asada tacos that were mediocre. The corn tortillas were so hard on the edges that we had to peel that part off before eating. I ordered the quesabirria which was very good and the only positive of the experience. We also ordered bottomless chips and salsa, but I couldn’t tell you if they actually were because not one time did our server come by our table and ask if we wanted refills on salsa and chips, another margarita or ask how our meal was. NEVER in my 47 years have I left a restaurant and not left a tip. but this Luis was a complete punk from the second we sat down… so we got our point across I guess. . I’m not sure why or how he is working in the service industry because I highly doubt it was isolated incident. Mostly because of our service experience, we won’t be back. I believe some of this is management’s responsibility- whom I’m pretty sure was aware that there was an issue at our table, but chose not to deal with it. Also, be sure that your servers are informed about the specials that your posting online. No brainer there. I will note though… that the girl working in the bar that evening was friendly and informative. I had to ask the food runner for a cup of jalapeños, and she was sweet and delivered with a smile. Unfortunately, this restaurant will never receive another dime of my hard earned money. I’ll stick to our usual happy hour spots that we’ve enjoyed over the years. Do better.

Food was too greasy. Our chips were stale. Worst of all, the waitress took my food before I was done eating. I did not leave a tip and am not happy about spending 40 bucks for my food to be taken away before I was done eating. Whoever is in charge, please reach out to me.

I came for the happy hour, but the regular menu tacos are the superstars. Their drinks were top notch... (fyi) get a DD if you're having more than one! #goodtimes

Ordered through DoorDash, the store didn't put any condiments. Kinda important when you order empanadas and tacos. The food was cold, no forks/spoons. The store admitted fault but directed me to DoorDash to resolve. Yeah, that went about how you would think. The only option I had was to reorder the food, PAY for it AGAIN and DoorDash would issue me "credits". So, basically it was "too bad, so sad. Not my problem" This is not the first time they have messed up my order, the last time it took TWO trips BACK to the store to get it corrected (they made tacos instead of the quesadillas I ordered). I didn't have the option to drive myself there or I would have done that instead of DoorDash
