BOTH CASEY'S IN HOT SPRINGS ON CENTRAL AND ALBERT PIKE ARE THE WORST CONVENIENCE STORES IN HOT SPRINGS IN EVERY WAY. ESPECIALLY CONCERNING THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL NEVER AGAIN GET MY BUSINESS.

I regret spending money on delivery, but what I regret even more is talking bad about caseys. I have always had a positive experience when I order on the caseys app, but this time was different. I ordered the spicy pepperoni bread sticks, and when I received them, THEY WERE RAW!!! RAW dough, almost liquefied! I am appalled that this establishment allowed this to be walk out the door, and im extremely disappointed with my experience. I wish I could put a picture, because it was very upsetting recieving this item. Not to mention, I called this location 4 times, and i was left on hold EVERYTIME for more than 30 minutes!!! In what world is that professional and customer first? Very dissatisfied with my experience and I don't ever want to spend my hard earned money here EVED again.

I was in my car, sitting making sure everything was good before going in, and the employee, Shane, came out and told me “to move on because I can’t keep up his pumps” there was one car in the whole parking lot, and it was an employees car. This isn’t the first time this Shane character has been rude and hostile, and he’s apparently their kitchen manager. I have heard nothing but nasty things about how he handles the kitchen, and I won’t be back with my money

Prices are way too expensive… could’ve just gone down to the Walmart but was closed for the day. went in with my family, bought 3 bags of chips expecting it to be under $10 but was $15.. I do get you need profit but this is just robbery with how much you guys upcharge the items. Store is pretty big and clean tho

I came in for ice in my cup and to get a lottery ticket. When I got into my car I opened a fresh bottle of soda and the taste of the ice was so bad I couldn't drink it ? Maybe think about cleaning the ice maker ?
Parking: I am a handicapped individual and both handicap parking is for van only. There needs to be a handicap parking without the van sign.
Both boy and girl restroom have NO door on the hinges completely not okay! I was standing in the women’s rest room and can see every man walk by! This is NOT OKAY Casey’s I have no idea who would approve this but needs to be changed asap
