God's Chicken is SO good but the Hot Springs location always seems to 4get something on your order, whether otherwise be pickles, sauce u requested, something.. PLEASE get a grilled spicy biscuit for breakfast, just thaw some patties out, they're in the freezer, and we want spicy little biscuit deals, even though the large cost 195$...

CHICK-FIL-A is okay and I do think that they have the nuggets in the market. The service was okay but, they gave me a chicken sandwich instead if a Chicken Salad sandwich but with that said the food was okay.
This location has bottomed out. Feels more like a ghetto popeyes than a chik-fil-a. And it's 100% about the attitude and performance of it's employees.

This is the absolute worst chick fil a I have ever been to. I have been here on multiple occasions and each occasion has been bad. The first time I came through, I had ordered a Cobb salad w/ avocado lime ranch & a grilled club meal with a gluten free bun as I was picking up a meal for a friend with celiac disease ( canât have gluten), and I was given a regular club. This could have severely made my friend sick. I was also never given my salad dressing. 2nd time being here through the drive thru the employees were so rude. Some blonde girl gave me a nasty look when she asked me what my name was. When my order was ready, she just handed me my order without saying anything. ( not the typical CFA standard service) 3rd time being through I had ordered an egg white grill with the biscuit on my way to work and got it with a muffin instead. This is ridiculous! Every single time either somethings wrong my order, or the service is terrible. CFA, DO BETTER, please đ„ș

I visited your restaurant on 11/16/24 at 8:47pm and ordered two Spicy Deluxe chicken sandwiches.
I canât remember the last time I have eaten at a Chic-Fil-A. I usually get my spicy chicken sandwiches at Wendyâs because I can add onions and they put the mayo on the sandwich for me. My main reason it has been so long is that you put food in the box and it sits on the heat chute and it is not old until itâs sold.
I knew that so I guess call me a glutton for punishment
I went to Wendyâs first but they were too busy pre closing and did not even acknowledge me standing at the register so I left
I got home maybe 2 minutes away and the chicken patty was old and cold.
I called to speak with the manager and she said she could not refund me my money but could re make my sandwiches so I made a second trip.
They handed me the bag and it was pouches and not boxes, I didnât think to look in the pouches.
There were just two pickles on the sandwich and not Deluxe that I paid for
The manager was pulling the registers and did not even make eye contact or look at me or in my direction but said the kitchen manager said the product was within hold times so I donât know why your sandwich was cold. They was no apology or any form of expression of me being inconvenienced.
I call the restaurant at 9:25 twice to inform them but they let it go to voicemail both times so I left a message with my name and number
At first I started to go back because it is said the third time is the charm but I had already wasted my time and energy
There were at least 12 or 13 people working so you would think someone would notice old food in the heat chute
The staff was friendly and said my pleasure and God bless me but all I really wanted was a hot chicken sandwich and I didnât mind waiting.
I will see if they care enough to respond
They may say my pleasure but I left my name and number and no one cared enough to call me so I get it is not my pleasure it just s good riddance

We got our order taken and they messed it up. We proceeded to tell them that we were supposed to have another drink and they put the free water on our meal and forgot our large dr pepper. Instead of receiving a âmy pleasure let me fix that for youâ we got attitude and an extra charge on a seperate transaction. NOT TO MENTION SHE TOLD ME I HAVE TO GET OUT OF MY CAR TO PAY BECAUSE THE CARD READER DIDNT REACH⊠That was the worst Chick-fil-a experience I have ever had. The old lady with black hair and a christmas sweater was so rude.

We placed a mobile order. Nothing out of the ordinary. We were 12 minutes away. Got there. Waited in line another 6 minutes. Get up to the window and have to park in the reserved section and wait minutes for our food. What is the point of mobile ordering if the food is not ready by the time we get there. Absolutely none of the employees said "my pleasure" either.
My fiance and 5 year old love this place. Whenever we're in Hot Springs we always grab lunch here. This place is quick, and the inside is always clean.

Really not happy with Chick-fil-A today. My fries were very cold. They messed up my order and gave it to somebody else. They didn't ask me for any sauces. I don't have any napkins in my bag. I know these are little things, but these are the things that make Chick-fil-A. They are really not happy with them. Will not be going back for quite some time. I even said thank you and I didn't even hear my pleasure. I don't know. I think the training is lacking in the store . My opinion, the Texas Chick-fil-A's are way better. That's just my opinion..
