The chicken tenders had a twang type of aftertaste and were inedible. French fries and fried okra tasted like they were all cooked in the same oil as the chicken. I don't know if they don't change the oil often enough or what is wrong but I won't go back. The staff was friendly and got our food quickly.

Love love love Chicken Express!! I try to get something every time I'm in Hot Springs! I love their spicy chicken tenders (but their regular tenders are really, really good too) and their fried fish is really good too! The rolls are soft and sweet and delicious, and they have so many good sides - the fries are salty and always come fried to a perfect golden brown (they a staple for me), the corn nuggets are sweet and salty, the hushpuppies are the best I've tasted in a while - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the fried okra is delicious, and their jalapeno popper bites are something out of this world! You can't go wrong with Chicken Express!

Place needed cleaning and the food was awful. The chicken tasted not only bland but slightly spoiled. The biscuits were greasy and flat. Very expensive for trash. Will not go back.

Everytime I go through the drive thru here I’m the only vehicle. They’re never busy yet my order is always wrong, missing items because whoever took order didn’t ring items up. Literally asked me is one ranch enough..so I said 2 would be great. I only get one and have to ask for a 2nd. I call them and all they tell me is..”it wasn’t rang up”. Great. Poor customer service.
