We like their chicken strips and biscuits but they've messed up our drive-thru order on several occasions. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a running theme here. Also, paying extra for sauces is insulting. They should be included with the purchase of chicken.

Had to state order 3 times and then everything was still wrong! Once we got to the 2 ND window we were handed out food and not a word said to us. We sat at the window while manger and 2 other workers just looked at us. Finally had to drive around to speaker to let young girl know our stuff still wasn't right. Which I never seen a manager or he didn't come over to check or say a word! Needless to say our drink was still wrong. If YOU don't want to work in fast food go somewhere else. Cuz I'll never go back and I'll tell everyone my incident that happened. Time before I was not impressed either but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Not anymore

They won't even give u a packet of ketchup even when you spend $22.00 on a meal. Are you kidding me. Some people don't like your gravy on there chicken strips... I can understand keeping cost and waste to a minimum but I think if the customer asks they should at least get a couple packets to go with there meal.... very disastisfied customerBecause of this....

Always hot and fresh with good portion sizes and kind people. However although the food is good it's very greasy and generally need to hang the chicken over a towel to get all the grease out.Tables were semi clean but the lights at the tables are falling apart and eating area and food disposal (trash) were not disgusting but definitely not what I would call clean.The parking lot was pretty much the same not clean but trash flying and rolling around in the wind. A good place for hot food fast but if you don't like greasy food should probably avoid it.Parking: Spacious with easy drive through also has motorcycle parking

Drain the grease off the food. It's always like this. Why?Updated: I like the sweet tea. That is all. I'm done trying with this place for various reasons. Most recently, jalapeño poppers and adding two ranch dressings which I was charged for. You get THREE poppers! Three! The sign shows a bunch, Sonic gives four huge poppers. These are tiny morsels and you can't possibly use one whole ranch for all 3. I'm not going back over a quarter. Gotten enough of my money on the sub par food.
Iwould like to say, i never really complain about food, but this one needs to be out there. On Sunday evening, I had taken my daughter home from the hospital, and on the way home I decided to stop and get something eat. I stopped at Chicken Express. I placed my order and drove around to the pick up window, and got my order. I should have checked it. I live by fountain lake school, so completely on the other side of town. I got home and opened the box, and right off the bat I was a pc of fish short!! It was stale, the fried okra was stale, the mashed potatoes were the only thing that was still somewhat fresh. I was so put out. If I didn't live in the other side of town I would driven back. I was so disappointed, I'm not sure I'll go back?

Hadn't been here in a year bc they always shorted my order and had oooooooooold dried out thin chicken jerky strips. Figured it had been a long time, and I'd try again. No dice, they jacked the order up again with the dried out stale chicken. Paid for 7 got 4. Sides were half filled. This place sucks, don't waste your time or money.
