Everything was great! The food was hot and fresh. The QP burger is simple with mustard, ketchup, onion and pickle but delicious! To me it's nice to have a more simple burger sometimes. The servers were fast and friendly.

This place was nasty and unprofessional! First they sit us at a table that was dirty and had food that was clearly crusted on from who knows how long. I told the server and he grabbed a paper towel with some hand sanitizer and asks me if its clean. When u can clearly see that did nothing. We were served our drinks and 2 cups had a white film on the inside that after passing the finger on the inside was removed so that was in the drinks and made the drink taste like it had chemicals in it. We told him and he showed a lack of concern. It was me as an adult and 5 kids ages 11-17 so I guess he figured our table was a dud so we got sorry service. The food runner did more for us than the actual server. The thing is I'm the daughter of a restaurant owner so I tip very well and know whats expected and can understand if he is busy and all the kids know how to act. But he literally had 3 tables. Our food got to us and after 5 minutes of wait I got up and went to the host that sat us and got our silverware. Like even the basic stuff wasn't offered to us. I did not ask to speak to a manger because I had my daughter with her boyfriend and I didn't want to embarrass her. I still left a generous tip. I contacted corporate and they offered me a $50 credit to spend back into their company. I was not happy with that response or customer service. I have had to handle certain things like this before and that was not the way to go.

The service was absolutely fantastic! The steak was delicious! Cooked perfectly, tender and seasoned exactly how I like it. Truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The thing that truly impressed me though was, I actually left my wallet on the table and didn’t realize it till we got to our hotel. I called them, the person who answered checked with the manager and the HAD it! So so relieved the tons of cash I had in it was all in it when I picked it up there! Can’t say enough how grateful I was for the honesty and service of this restaurant
The hubby and I decided on this place after going to Applebees and having the worse experience ever. And I’m glad we did. We were sat immediately and the waitress came right over after. She was amazing. Her name was Bunny. She took time to even tell us about the menu and the special for the month. I love that! Great service with us goes a long way and we tip generously for it. We had the 3 for me. And a few drinks. We even spoke with the manager whom was making his way around checking on the customers which is another I love to see. After chatting with the manager, we told him of our bad experience prior to coming. And thanked him for having a great staff. If we visit hot springs again, we’ll definitely be back.

Great food, service is lacking and the appearance of the staff was a bit unprofessional as well as the atmosphere. You definitely don't have the feeling it's all about you. Just sayin, kind of ho-hum, not friendly and inviting. I could say more but I think you got the point.
