This food is amazing and home made. Potato soup was awesome! Banana bread spectacular! And the owner was so sweet and even gave us free nachos and cheese. Truly blessed by this place

I had really high hopes for this cafe inside Garvan Woodland Gardens from previous reviews. I made it a point during my walk around the gardens to stop here. The young adult at the counter was very short with me. I got the chicken salad sandwich, which was okay but definitely not worth the price. The kettle chips were not appetizing and had to throw them away. I also got a frozen lemonade, which was not very frozen. Would not pay for their food here, recommend bringing your own food or stop somewhere on your way in.

Went to see the Christmas lights and ate here before going thru the lights. We had the Ooey Gooey Burger, the loaded potato soup and bread pudding. Everything was hot and made to perfection for a small outdoor food truck vibe. Great view. Cold outside but food stayed warm. Glad we ate here

The food was surprisingly delicious. I got the Caesar chicken wrap and the watermelon twist. Both very tasty. The price is similar to a sit down lunch place and was more than I wanted to spend for my kids to only eat half but I enjoyed every last bite of mine. The food does take some time so be ok with waiting and enjoy the scenery.

Unfortunately, the price for 2 waters and a soda can .....10$ ...... also, staff was unable to keep their emotional distress to them selfsame and complained about customers and other staff....phone was ringing, and they cussed as if a customer was out of line to complain. I recommend you buy snacks and food prior to visiting the gardens. Gardens are a must see everything we are in the area. What a shame that this Cafe brings the experience down....

Very pleasantly surprised!!
After a nice walk through the gardens we were very hungry. Not expecting many options especially not healthy ones (not saying we ate healthy haha)
We got kids pizzas, the raspberry grilled chicken sandwich and the veggie sandwich. All were excellent!!
And we also ordered a piece of warm apple pie with ice cream and I am not kidding, it was one of the best apple pie slices I've had. They have salads and a variety of things that looked really good. And the service was wonderful. The setting for lunch couldn't be more beautiful either! Great first meal on our vacation.

Cobb salad is the best in town!

Lunch was very good but when we came back to get ice cream later in the day they were already closed despite it being over an hour before the gardens closed. The kids were very disappointed. We questioned an employee about it and was told they close early since all the old people come early. They really should be open until at least 30 minutes before the gardens close. I would think they would want all of our money not just some.

Had the special Pork carnitas Burger there today, and it was the best meal I have had while visiting Hot Springs. This cafe is truly a hidden gem!

We ate here while visiting the gardens and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The service was nice. You order at the counter and wait until they call your order number to pick it up at the window. The seating is all outdoors, although there is indoor seating in the gift shop building next door. Prices are reasonable, and if I had to go back to the gardens I'd definitely eat there again.
