Ordered online wasn't busy apparently nobody could bring up my order which seemed cold. Just seems very lacking in customer service. Poorly managed in my opinion

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Didn't have half the ingredients, and with only 3 people ahead of me it still took 20 minutes. Only go here if you're new to chipotle, otherwise you're in for a big dissapointment.

Most dysfunctional slow chipolet you will go to. One of the workers left a rag on a burning stove caught it on fire. Stood in line for 20 minutes before they got to us. There was only 4 people ahead of us. On top of that they was out of sauce.

We ordered 2 chicken burritos for the second time and we'll never eat here again. First, the burritos were cold as ice, the chicken tasted like it was just pulled from the refrigerator and the tortilla was so cold and gummy, we were afraid to eat it. 25.00 plus tax in the trash. Chipotle, you should have done better ??

Spa City aka Hot Springs finally has a Chipotle of our own!!! The cilantro lime rice, chicken, steak, barbacoa and carnitas plus that FRESH GUAC .... I'm over the moon!!! The team is working tirelessly, late into the night!!! Thank You for finally wanting to be our neighbors!!! #chipotlewasted

A bit overpriced for average food....$32 for 2 brisket bowls. Meat was not tender, maybe not even real brisket.

Being someone who just moved to Hot Springs from a big city I was delighted to see a Chipotle. I have been there 3 times already and there have been a few inconsistency issues. I am trying to say well they did just open and they have to work out some kinks. I hope things get better with time. One thing that has nit been good is the lime chips. Most chipotle offer the same lime flavored and salted tortilla chips. The chips I have had here were unsalted on the 1st visit, the bottom of the chip bag had about 2 inches of salt and none on the chips on my 2nd visit, and by my third visit they were actually lime flavored and salted. So I see progress?.

If the door says 11 you close at 11 not 10 mins early, not 5 or even 3 minutes early. The door doesn’t say 10:50,10:55or 10:57 it says 11. Just saying sad workers don’t understand that and just want to leave early but still get paid to work the time for close or later.good thing the online order didn’t work cause the door would be closed early.

It's been super busy every time we have gone, but everything has been fresh, consistent, and delicious. Despite being run ragged by an unending stream of customers, all the employees have been SO friendly!
They are knocking it out every day and I'm here for it.
