It’s a small restaurant so depending on the day and time you’ll have to wait. I’m glad we did! The food was so good! I look forward to coming back.

Alecia was such a big help with what to pick today. Everything was so delicious too! Perfect spot for breakfast or brunch. They also had lunch options.

Enjoyed my meal here, we had the country fried steak, steak hash skillet, chocolate gravy, and shrimp and grits. Hot sauces are great, the strawberry stinger has a nice fruity taste with just the right amount of heat.

Heard good things about the place when I first moved here so was excited to check it out. Unfortunately my experience was pretty poor. The wait staff were quite short and unwelcoming to say the least. I’m not sure if the eclipse event had them bogged down but there were only a handful of people there when we ate.Waitress (we’ll just call her “L”) greeted us with slapped down menus and a “what do you want to drink”. This theme continued throughout the meal. Food was “meh”. Edible but not great. Had French toast, shrimp & grits, & pancakes. All in all, I wouldn’t suggest this place which is a shame bc it has a great inside aesthetic and fun bathhouse row location.

Overall: This place was nice and affordable, but it wasn't special to me. I can see people extremely loving this place, but out of all the stops we went to during our visit, this just was our least favorite. Again, I think you should try for yourselves, because I can see people loving this place. But I do not believe we'll return again.Food:Good portions, and decent taste. Just wasn't anything worth writing home about. My girlfriend didn't like her French toast so that also was the bummer for her based on the other place down the street whose French toast she absolutely adored. My food was decent and I ate the full thing.Staff:Absolutely the sweetest thing in the world. This review hopefully does not reflect on them negatively at all. They were super sweet, super nice, had great suggestions and was knowledgeable of the menu. You can tell they love what they do.Military discount:Yes. I think roughly 10%.Parking: It is a little difficult to find parking but it's not impossible.

Horrible service. Lady took our order and was disinterested in her job. The wait took forever and at four different times she brought my family of 4 our breakfast items. Forgot a side of eggs. Blueberry buckwheat pancakes were cold and tasted bad. Choc chip pancakes were ok. Pioneer was good. Choc gravy was good but the biscuits were cold.

Service was top notch. Food was just okay. Pecan waffle was great. Biscuits we got were flat, others around us were super fluffy. Nothing we received was hot, only warm. Good coffee and the refills were aplenty.Dietary restrictions: They had sugar free syrup.

Charming owner operator breakfast lunch restaurant right on Central Ave. in downtown Hot Springs. Good omelets served with toast no hash browns, gives you room to add pancakes or waffles.Vegetarian options: Spinach, Swiss cheese and Artichoke Omelet is delicious.
