Atmosphere was great, drinks were great. Food was bland/watery. The host (guy) was a jerk.

We found this place by accident. Walking down the road we saw it googled it, liked the reviews and pictures of the food, so we tried it one night. The food was good. We liked the salsa, wanted a little more spice and the waiter brought us the tomatilla sauce. It was excellent, slow heat, but it didn't burn your mouth. We had a good experience here. We went early, but as we were eating the restaurant was filling up.

We took a stroll while waiting to be seated at the Best Cafe down the road. We stumbled across the Colorado Grill in the process. We made it a point to go back for dinner! Such a spacious restaurant, great staff and even better food! Pictured is the Devils Shrimp! YUM! Try the Avocado-Tomatillio Salsa and regular Salsa! They are spicy and delicious!!

The guy at the front door Friday night seemed like an all around amazing man he was so friendly. We really enjoyed the food and the salsa had a smoky chipotle taste that I enjoyed. Would eat here again.

Stopped in for a light supper before going to an event later. We both got the soup and taco combo. We both chose the Aztec soup. It said spicy broth but it wasn't spicy so much as just flavorful. There was a lot of chicken! The veggies were crisp. The taco was a soft taco and we could choose between chicken or steak. Not a lot of meat but again there were crispy veggies. The cocktails looked good but we had to pass, sadly. Will definitely get one next time .

Parking: Park on the street and enter through the "alley" entrance in the side.

It has been a while since we've been there but it was as good as we remember. The sauce was outstanding. Not a real fan of the meat having onion cooked in it.

I felt that I really put the waiter out when I walked into a 99% empty restaurant. He wasn't pleasant at all. The food was good. The margarita was tasty.

I rarely if ever post a review, but the actions and attitude of the manager was so inappropriate I felt it was warranted.

Well something very disgusting happened to me today at what used to be one of my favorite places. On a whim - my friend and I decided to do lunch. When I mentioned Colorado to my friend, her response was "hmmm, they have really gone down hill but I try it"... 20 min later our food in front us and I gotten my favorite fajita nachos.... 3rd chip in - and oh my... scared my friend when I suddenly scooted back from the table and was digging in my own mouth trying to reach the long a$$ hair mixed in w the cheese on the chip that wrapped around my uvula... (insert gagging sound now)... we both stopped eating and I was just trying not to throw up. Then the manager or lead person (tall bald man who seemed like he lived an unhappy life) came over and wanted to defend and argue what had just happened! Even asked if it was one of our hairs. Told me it could not have been anyone that worked there. How wrong! Never again! Please beware!! I am still trying not to vomit.

He did "take" care of the bill.

FABULOUS place to get tasty Mexican food, for a really reasonable.
Even the drinks are reasonably priced.

My son and I agreed, The best chicken enchiladas ever.
My daughter in law said that the cheese enchiladas were best she ever had, because of the creamy cheese.
Other son was daunted at the amount on the small nacho plate.

Salsa had a kick to it. I am a spice wimp.

Really cool, historic building.
Quick service. Mia was friendly and refilled our drinks.
Good experience
