Food was fresh and delicious. Restaurant was clean and service was superb. The rolls are amazing, so fluffy! I would definitely recommend this place!

We live out of town and we always make a point to stop in and eat at Coltons's when we're in Hot springs. The meal is always excellent The service is superior The staff is always friendly treating us like we're family Hate to leave Hot springs but will be back to Coltons next time

As expected there was a wait. Once we got seated I had to ask several times for a straw. We had a free appetizer and order the onion strings. There was a huge plate but they were super greasy (and not in the good way). The bread was hot and tasty. My meal came out and it was good. My husbands came out and he said the pork chops were good but the fries were limp and greasy. (again not in the good way). He could not eat them.

Really hate to complain but placed an order for delivery on door dash, when our order was delivered more than half our order was missing and two item had been changed without contacting us. Contacted Coltons and were informed that they no longer carried some of the items we had ordered even though they were still on the receipt (Mac n cheese and asparagus.) No explanation was made for the steak salad to a fish salad or the ceaser side salad to a house or the missing smash potatoes. The manager told us to contact door dash who passed the buck to the restaurant. Regardless we are left with a worthless half a meal. Not impressed with coltons and definitely don’t use door dash to receive it.Edit: After receiving a response on my review I emailed the owner as requested, it has been over a week and still no response.

So, my boss takes the whole small group of friends and employees here one night to celebrate a first place win by one of our horses, we all sit and it takes a(long)while for the server to come to us. We all put in our orders everybody had sirloins and various sides, our food arrives and not a single steak was cooked to what was ordered(all overcooked), they were all really thin and had tons of gristle. No one was pleased and probably won't return at this rate since this wasn't the first offense by them. Sorry, this is a no go.

First of all the place looked like a ghost town during peak hrs 4pm. One other couple besides us so 4 customers total... had a pretty long wait for our food considering place was empty...... could hear the employees from the back loudly having a ball.... but here is the icing I ordered catfish being from Mississippi i know catfish that was a very cheap catfish knock-off substitute called Swai.... It may work on people not from the south, who don't know the difference.... but can't fool me.... this place is horrible trust me...

We waited for 10 minutes to be seated with nobody in front of us and lots of empty booths and tables.There were no employees around for more than five minutes, we were ready to walk out with the server came and asked us to be seated. We placed our order two ribeye specials the steaks were something you would get at Waffle House and the bake potatoes were the size of lemons. I asked for A-1 they didn't have A-1 ??? The walls had food splattered with food and the glass partition in between the bar and the benches was really bad dirty.We stacked up all of our dishes starting for the rolls they served at the start and then the appetizers salad bowls then the entrees there was never any prebusing from start to finish even though we had stacked everything up at the edge of the table to be taken away as the waitress would come by and check on us. I think it's safe to say we won't be back to Colton's in HOT SPRINGS.

We waited to be seated for 10 minutes with nobody around booths and tables available just nobody to seat or service they had no A1 sauce. The baked potatoes that we got with our meals were the size of lemons. There was no prebusing done at our table throughout the entire meal. I had to ask the server to bring the rest of my meal after she had delivered it and it had been several minutes and she had been back to the table once. We never received the extra butter we asked for and the place needs cleaning, ie the walls and glass petitions.

I use to be a regular at Colton's but had a bad experience a few months back so quit going. Last night we decided to give it another shot. must say we were extremely pleased! Our server's name was Summer (I'd definitely request her again) she was very upbeat, helpful and made sure we were happy customer's! The food was amazing as well. I don't usually like steaks cause anywhere I go they seem to not cook them like we like but both of our steaks were just as ordered. All the food was amazing as well as our server. we will be going back

HORRIBLE from the time you come in. hostess rude and is wearing gym clothes to actually NOT being able to actually eat there. a waitress asked from across the restaurant to ask if we had been helped after sitting there 10 min. I said no. she then proceeded to help the table next to us three times and then returning to the back. there was only 4 tables of small tables. menu was sticky. We finally left at 15 min and never received a single person at our table. will not go back!

We had eaten at a Colton's once before in another town so were comfortable trying this location.They appeared to be short staffed and although our waiter was friendly he wasn't extremely professional or efficient.We had to request tea & water refills, he didn't bring any barbecue sauce with the ribs, another waitress had to help him out by telling another table what beers were on draft and he would disappear for long periods of time in the back. Maybe prepping/cooking & waiting tables?The restaurant could have been cleaner as well - tables & floors. For this experience I might give another location a chance but probably would not dine at this location again.

I have eaten here for years when I come to Hot Springs. But I have to say this last time was my last. When we got there we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. There were empty tables everywhere. When my buddy tried to go in the bar for a beer and wait in there a young boy told him he probably wouldn’t get waited on and basically stay in the waiting area. After about 20 minutes the hostess takes us in the bar to be seated where a football game was on the TV and the Bar was full and LOUD. Not where we wanted to be having dinner. A table of 4 who were there for awhile asked about there food and when they brought it out it was ice cold. They had to send it back. The floors were covered in food and trash. My buddy needed a chainsaw to cut his steak. How this place stays open I don’t know. Definitely not going back again.
