absolutely our favorite place to eat in HS! food is always incredible that we come to HS just to eat here from an hour and a half away! Kirk was beyond awesome in all ways and even got our son his first fried pickle which blew his mind lol. for us, everything about it is awesome. 10 out of 10 from us and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was there on April 16th and ate dinner with my boyfriend , 2/3 hours after I was deathly sick from food poisoning , I ended up in the ER 2 days later . I am still sick a week later, the doctor said most likely salmonella or ecoli from contaminated food.

went there last night with friends ordered a vodka and sprite and a vodka and cranberry was $25.00 ordered from another bartender same drinks it was $ 16.00 ordered the 3rd round from the lady that changed us $25.00 and charged us $ 21.36 we ask her why that we had just paid $16.00 she stated you ask for Tito's never did I ask for Tito's I was good with house vodka and there were witnesses that said I never ask for Tito's. so she poured the drinks out so I got my money back then the bouncer came said you have to leave I'm like why I didn't do anything but ask why is there different prices. Then I talked with the owner and told him about the situation and not sure if he was even listening. anyways I won't be back or even recommend anyone to run a tab there.

We come here multiple times a yr. Great food and service! Only issue we have this trip, (why it's not 5 stars), they didn't have options on the menu and the waitress was trying to have us change our order selections, we assume based on her likes!

Wonderful pub to duck into at Bath Row at Hot Springs! Servers were all cheerful making sure we had everything we needed. Best Reuben hands down I have ever eaten. Burgers were great and cooked to perfection. Everything seemed to be made from scratch and fresh. Great value for the price. Our group of 8 were pleasantly surprised by what a gem this establishment was. We will definitely be back.

We had a group of 6 that sat down and didn’t get our drink order for almost 10 minutes. We all ordered water. Another 10 minutes later the waiter returned to take our order. I ordered the Hellfire burger and wanted to confirm that it came with lettuce tomato and onion like the picture from the online menu showed because the description didn’t have it. The waiter said no it doesn’t. I said oh ok, this picture shows it so I wasn’t sure. He argued with me and said that’s the regular burger. I said this picture shows an onion ring and jalapeños so that’s why I thought it was the hellfire burger. He gave me a smug look and said that’s why you should look at the menu in house and not online and that must be an old photo. (The exact same photo is on the menu in the restaurant.) At this point I was starting to get annoyed and I asked if I could add those items added since they apparently didn’t come with. We were seated around 12:30pm and didn’t get our food until almost 1:20pm. I ordered fries instead of chips and they forgot to add them. When I asked the waiter he didn’t apologize, he simply said, “must have been an over site.” He later returned to the table and said “anything else missing?” In a sarcastic tone. They are obviously short on staff and need to do more training with their staff on proper customer communication and etiquette. The food was also subpar for the price. For a $15 burger plus $3 up charge for the cold fries I finally got; it wasn’t worth it. We were all finished eating for over 15 minutes before someone from our party had to flag down the waiter to get our check. I used to come here all the time when I lived in the area and usually when I come to visit. I don’t think we will be returning until they make improvements to staffing and quality of food.

Never again will I visit this establishment. We were in from out of town for the weekend and decided to start here since it was so close to the hotel . My husband and I sat down had a couple drinks and an appetizer to start our night he stepped outside to smoke and I went to the bathroom and the waitress came looking for us in frantic thinking we walked out we did not . I told her we may be in and out since my husband is a smoker and offered to have our card on file so she doesn’t think we are skipping out .. the next morning I woke up to $190 worth of swiped charges plus our bar tab amount .. over $300 worth of charges .. we are out the charges , my husband killed his card thinking they might run it again for whatever reason .. absolutely ridiculous to have charges that much ran .. we have disputed those charges as they are invalid . Stay away . Way to damper our weekend and our wallet ..
