Used to be my favorite place but last 2 times I've been it's changed. Service and food was terrible!! Server was slow took forever to order and get drinks when the food arrived it was burnt!! Server lost my debit card when it was time to leave. So disappointed and most likely never go back.

Food was decent. Server was new. Our bill was $45 but for some reason they ran a preauthorization on my card for our entire 6 person group and they put a $230 hold on my card that stayed on my account in pending status for five days. That's on top of the $45 charge. Luckily I had the money in my account to keep from going negative. It didn't happen to anyone else who paid their bill in our group. Just me. And they said it was out of their hands and they couldn't do anything about. Sorry for the mistake.

If a zero star was possible, that's what I would give it. She raised her voice than denied it. We only asked for A SAUCE, then she brought out TWO WHOLE plates of cheese fries. Will will never be back the total was 75$!!!! It was a crazy price for something that we did not ask for. We talked for multiple minutes talking how SHE BROUGHT OUT THE WHOLE TWO PLATES OF FRIES , when I me and my family asked for was a SINGLER FRIE SMALL SAUSE! Me being a hairdresser meaning I can spread this all around town. This is all because there is a new owner. The waitress was very understanding, the manager was a stone cold rock. My opinion we will never be back after the experience we have been through.

When we paid the $10 per person cover, we asked if there were seating available. We were told yes, we entered and asked a waitress (??) if we could sit down and her was response was, " I don't know, can you?" She proceeded to tell us to look around and then say, "do you see a place to sit down?". This is unacceptable for an employee to treat a customer. We will not be back to this establishment and we will let everyone we know about our experience.
We stopped at the Copper Penny randomly while out walking around Hot Springs and decided to get a drink. We were greeted by the sweetest girl and sat immediately with menus. After looking over the menu we decided to try the Sheppards pie and a few drinks. Let me say this sheppards pie was delicious and our food was delivered hot and fast. We will definitely be back when we come back to Hot Springs.
