I was totally blown away with how friendly and welcoming the staff was. The waitresses was very friendly towards seniors and children alike. The food was great, hot on time and enjoyable . I couldn't have picked a better place to meet with family and friends for a breakfast lunch or dinner. From the time you walked into the doors until you left staff was at your every call. Aside from staff, the entrance seemed to be a little overwhelming with novelty and snack items for sale. It seemed a little aggressive and overly cluttered, and made it confusing to where you eat or if your shopping for items at a convenience store. Aside from that I would surely recommend this place to others. You will be treated with a smile and given a great meal, and leave feeling full.

I somehow paid 50 dollars for burnt tasting chicken tenders. I asked for chicken tenders with mash potatoes and turnip greens, with honey mustard and two other dips.
I get burnt tasting chicken tenders with ranch, and mash potatoes and fries.
I ask the lady to bring me my turnip greens and she does, however I am charged more for this item as well.
Additionally, very hard to get my ticket corrected to the original amount.

Would much rather go to Popeyes’s and spend 20 and not have to tip for bad service. Also I know they are going to respond so hi Cracker Barrel.

This location (unlike the Branson, MO location) had great tasting food, cooked to order, friendly staff..you name it, they had it. The portion size is great for the cost. The gist shop/store was stocked and clean. Great visit!

We went on a Saturday afternoon, the staff was very friendly told us about the “campfire meals upon walking to host stand. Our server “Olivia” was soo welcoming to my family of 3. She complimented my shirt I was wearing. I said thanks and I told her I had a medical emergency and was trying to get used to my hair not being pulled up as I couldn’t use my left arm. So I was a bit distracted trying to be okay with the new changes to myself. She offered to put my hair up if I had a rubber band to get it out of my face. I almost cried! She also told me she would keep me in her prayers. She really made me feel like family versus just a customer coming in. She is a beautiful gem in this world and we need lots more people out there like her. Let’s not forget the food it was soo yummy! I had the shrimp/sausage campfire meal it was seasoned perfectly except the potatoes tasted off but that could’ve been my taste buds. Our daughter had a strawberry pancake and sausage and bacon. Good size portion she had to bring some home. My husband had chicken fried chicken with 3 sides. I tasted a bite of his chicken it was soo good with that cream gravy. I didn’t get pictures but again it was such a wonderful overall experience! We will be returning soon!!

We had a wonderful time eating breakfast at this restaraunt today. The manager Juan was so nice and friendly. He indulged my husband with his wild conversation and was just very nice. He was even sweeping the floor while the other workers were busy. Our waitress Deana was also so friendly and sweet. Our food was delicious as always. We will keep coming back. Great Cracker Barrel! Thank you!
