We went on a Saturday afternoon, the staff was very friendly told us about the “campfire meals upon walking to host stand. Our server “Olivia” was soo welcoming to my family of 3. She complimented my shirt I was wearing. I said thanks and I told her I had a medical emergency and was trying to get used to my hair not being pulled up as I couldn’t use my left arm. So I was a bit distracted trying to be okay with the new changes to myself. She offered to put my hair up if I had a rubber band to get it out of my face. I almost cried! She also told me she would keep me in her prayers. She really made me feel like family versus just a customer coming in. She is a beautiful gem in this world and we need lots more people out there like her. Let’s not forget the food it was soo yummy! I had the shrimp/sausage campfire meal it was seasoned perfectly except the potatoes tasted off but that could’ve been my taste buds. Our daughter had a strawberry pancake and sausage and bacon. Good size portion she had to bring some home. My husband had chicken fried chicken with 3 sides. I tasted a bite of his chicken it was soo good with that cream gravy. I didn’t get pictures but again it was such a wonderful overall experience! We will be returning soon!!

Great pecan pie. Service was excellent even on a holiday.

We had a wonderful time eating breakfast at this restaraunt today. The manager Juan was so nice and friendly. He indulged my husband with his wild conversation and was just very nice. He was even sweeping the floor while the other workers were busy. Our waitress Deana was also so friendly and sweet. Our food was delicious as always. We will keep coming back. Great Cracker Barrel! Thank you!

Everything was great until we went to pay. The gal was rude and her attention was definitely elsewhere. I couldn't believe her! It would have killed her to smile. Oh well.......

This one put the customer service in high gear! Our server was very kind and on point with our drinks and food. Very happy!

Service and food was absolutely terrible. Had to get a waitress from another table just to get our drinks, then had to get yet another waitress to get my bill. My 9 year old had some money and wanted some candy. She got some candy sticks that were 10 for $2. so that would have been 20 cents each. They rang up 35 cents each. The manager said when you put all ten in the register it will adjust it to the 20 cents. It did not and he was saying I was wrong. I was not going to let them charge my 9 year old, that wanted to spend her own money, more than what the sign said. I usually like your place but not Friday, October 18th.

Thank you

Wait staff were wonderful, everything was clean. The pot roast that replaced the roast beef dinner was not good in our opinion. The meat and potatoes were swimming in gravy. We didn’t find the taste to be up to par. Our feeling is that it’s not a great substitution. Bring back roast beef dinner!!

This used to be one of my favorite Cracker Barrel stores out there but in the last year it's horrible. Stale, old food and very small portions.
