Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Cheyenne was our server and was so sweet, kind and treated us so well. My favorite time of the year to go is Christmas.

I ordered food online the evening before Thanksgiving,since we wanted the fried turkey tenders, which wasn't on the menu for Thanksgiving Day. The delivery came missing my mashed potatoes with a side of gravy. I phoned them and was told I had to drive there in person to fix things. I did that Thanksgiving Day morning, and the manager explained I had to wait at least 30 minutes to get the missing products. He offered ZERO alternatives. When I saw SOOO many people staring at us, I just left. I will NEVER go back!

Visited Cracker Barrel on Thanksgiving night and tried the fried turkey. It was just okay — nothing special. Maybe it was the holiday rush, so I’d definitely visit again another time to try more items and get a better experience.

Amanda was awesome, coffee never got low or cool. Didn't rush us was friendly the whole time. one of the best waitress.

I was totally blown away with how friendly and welcoming the staff was. The waitresses was very friendly towards seniors and children alike. The food was great, hot on time and enjoyable . I couldn't have picked a better place to meet with family and friends for a breakfast lunch or dinner. From the time you walked into the doors until you left staff was at your every call. Aside from staff, the entrance seemed to be a little overwhelming with novelty and snack items for sale. It seemed a little aggressive and overly cluttered, and made it confusing to where you eat or if your shopping for items at a convenience store. Aside from that I would surely recommend this place to others. You will be treated with a smile and given a great meal, and leave feeling full.
