The brunch was nice. A nice add on they have going for between breakfast and lunch, loved the food. Complements to the chef and servers. I also still really love there gift shop. I’m happy that hasn’t changed much besides some items. worth it to come here. Favorite place and always will be.Parking: Next to the bypass and highway. Parking was full to the brim only a couple spaces open at the very end when we went.Kid-friendliness: They were nice to my children, all smiles.

I wish people would leave there politics at home…but that’s not CB fault. Besides having a great atmosphere, service, and food, it was very convenient for us with an RV.

Never disappointed when my family and I at Cracket Barrel. The moment walking into CB everyone are welcoming you. To being served to being ask if everything is OK or needed anything from checking out to shopping is always pleasant. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆ from us!!

I want to commend the staff - excellent service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere wasn't bad either. Not too noisy at 4pm nor too crowded. The lighting of the lamps was fun to see done - the lady asked if we minded if she lit ours, and I was happy to oblige. It was a nice touch of flickering light at the table. The food wasn't good. Or rather, I couldn't tell if it was good because it was so salty. Why is it so salty? Is that normal or was I just visiting on a bad day? The biscuits were salty. Couldn't finish them. The cornbread was dry. Couldn't finish that either. Ordered the country friend pickles, and they were so salty you couldn't even taste the pickle. Ate three before I gave up. Left the whole basket there. My daughter [10] ordered the berries and french toast with bacon. She complained that her bacon was too crunchy. I tried it, and it broke in my fingers it was so overcooked. Her french toast and berries she enjoyed tho. I ordered the chicken dumplings with the hashbrown casserole side. I had one large chunk of chicken in the whole chicken and dumplings dish. I expected more chicken and smaller bite-sized pieces at that. The one piece of chicken I had was huge - had to cut it with a knife to make it into bite-sized pieces. The dumplings were also a little on the bland side tho thankfully not super salty, so I was able to eat most of them. The hashbrown casserole was too salty tho, and I couldn't even get half of that down because of how salty it was.Overall probably won't ever go back. Food experience was terrible. Service was really good tho.

Our waitress was very personable, conscientious, and attentive! The homestyle cooked food was delicious as always. We even purchased dinners to go.

WOW!!! I’m am amazed truly at how great our experience was at this Cracker Barrel. We have been to others that were good but everything about this one was awesome. The food came out hot and really fast which surprised me because they were busy. My boyfriend didn’t want to sit in the middle of the crowd so we asked if we could sit at a table in the back. The waitress who said yes took us back there and carried our menus and napkins over and she. Saw there was some water on the table so she wiped down the table and dried it for us (she wasn’t even our waitress) She was so sweet. Then our waitress (a lovely gal named Rachelle) came over and was super friendly. We told her why we were here and she indulged me in all my questions about Crystal digging. She was so friendly and treated us just like she’d known us for years. While we were waiting for our food that same waitress who wiped down our table came over to adjust the blinds so the sun didn’t blind us. Our food was delicious and made right. It was the best service we’ve had in a long time. So on our way out we stopped to tell the manager how wonderful his staff was and how pleased we were with the service. We most definitely will be back! Thank you ??

Where to begin ? my husband's chicken fried steak came out with no gravy, his Blue Moon had no orange, the gravy tasted like flour, the green beans had a terrible flavor, the mashed potatoes were cold, hard, and zero flavor or seasonings. The chicken fried chicken wasn't a chicken fried chicken it was fried boneless chicken breast. We got two biscuits and two awful corn muffins that were cold, never was asked how it was, if we needed more drinks and bread, and I am relieved I had the sense to order the kids chicken and fries on the side because I gave my husband my gravy. My 20th wedding anniversary dinner, and we both got sick and had to drive back home an hour away. Smh!! We were sitting in the parking lot of Texas Roadhouse, and I stupidly said I was sick of the same place. That is literally the only place to eat in Hot Springs that the parking lot is packed. The manager at the Roadhouse always comes and checks on you. I am beyond disappointed ?Parking: Don't worry!! Even at rush hour, nobody is there. There are plenty of spaces!! Pick a spot, any spot!!

Nikki waited on us. She was very pleasant and showed happiness to wait on us. We noticed she displayed that same upbeat attitude to wait on other customers. She makes you feel very important. We will be back soon.
