My husband and I ordered the Ebi Ebi roll for starters. Really good. We shared lobster and filet with extra fried rice and extra veggies. Everything was perfect. The filet melts in your mouth and comes with a tasty sauce. Their yum yum sauce is hard to beat. Everyone else in our party liked their dishes. We will return.

We went at night. We had a soup and salad. The ginger was not good. The soup was too brothy. The waitress only came to us one time to bring the drinks and soup. Everyone around us was drunk. We finally got up and left. Another lady just said their power flickered. After all the good reviews on Google I was looking forward to experiencing this place but it did not happen.

Ate here twice. Evening meal, wonderful. Sushi and Sashimi imaginative, clear, fresh, tasty, delicious. Came in right after the noon hour the next day. Ordered Sashimi that was priced on the menu. Ordered two waters. Ticket came. The Sashimi suddenly became more expensive, by 65%, on our ticket. And the water was titled Green Tea and we were charged $3 per glass, for water, or for Green Tea, or something. We live very close. We would have eaten here every week. I am sure that we do not matter at all, and the waitress offered lame excuses regarding the pricing of water and the sudden increase in the sashimi orders. Not going back. I don't care how wonderful the food might be. Don't give a damn. These dudes can be honest and legit, or they can be slippery crooks. Ain't no between.

Charged $3 for each water and on the ticket it said it was Green Tea. Lame excuses from waitress. Ordered sashimi that was priced a lower amount per order on the menu handed us. The chef in charge told the waitress to charge us much higher per order on this item, which she did. The fish was not bad. The yellowtail was very good and fresh and clean, delicious. The night before we ate at this place and the food was all excellent. And then today happened. Not honest. Screwy excuses. So, some of the food is very good, depending upon the night or day. But truly inconsistent and dishonest, pay for water because it prints out as green tea? We would have gone back every week, probably. Not ever again.

The food was okay, not great. We got sushi rolls, soup, and fried rice. Both rolls weren’t rolled well and started falling apart. The spicy crab roll was comparable to frozen sushi. The Lamborghini roll was okay but nothing special. The fried rice had a lot of onion which I didn’t like, but I should’ve asked if it had onion before I ordered. The soup was complimentary and was actually the best part. The atmosphere was very odd. The lighting reminded me of a club, not a restaurant. We don’t plan to go back to this restaurant.

The food was absolutely amazing and great atmosphere. Our waitress with the pink hair was very nice and attentive to us! Definitely can’t wait to comeback again!!! Also for a real cool show I recommend doing one of their flame rolls, they bring it out on fire and it was amazing!!

10 STARS if I could! Seriously amazing experience. The reviews are true, that this is THE Hibachi grill to go to in Hot Springs! Chef Patrick was amazing, and his knowledge of his menu and the ingredients he prepares is next level. You can taste the passion!! Oh, and a huge plus - I have a gluten intolerance and he, and the rest of the staff, were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating for me. Thank you so much for a truly remarkable birthday dinner! We will definitely be coming back!

A Crazy Good Experience at Crazy Samurai! In retrospect of our evening at Crazy Samurai, I couldn’t decide which was the best part of the experience. Was it the quaint retro 70’s vibe of a colorfully lit Asian inspired interior which echoed a catalog of soft classic rock tunes, that somehow transported me back to an episode of Hawaii Five-0.Perhaps it was the superb Hibachi showmanship of Owner and Chef, Geo "Patrick" Angelina who masters the grill not only with his colorful sense of humor but also impressive handling of sharp kitchen utensils, all the while whipping together shockingly delicious mouthwatering plates.Or maybe it was the extent to which Patrick and his staff went out-of-their-way to create special dishes for my son who has gluten intolerance and struggles to find tasty choices at most restaurants. The fact is all these reasons, and more, are why I’m giving Crazy Samurai five stars. It's AWESOME!

Do not eat here expecting traditional Japanese food. Pros and cons: pro great ingredients seasoning, red shrimp was great, Miaos soup was amazing scallops were perfectly cooked and great potential. Cons crunchy sushi rice with too much sesame seed oil. Fried sushi rice for 2$ more terrible (try par boil rice much better). Pineapple with mixed vegetables. Over cooked asparagus. Lobster was a shame over cooked chewy( hot grill with a little butter and add some teriyaki or eel sauce). Lighting was also bad can’t see what you are eating.Spent almost 300$ for a table of six. We don’t mind spending good money on good food but this was over priced for what we got.Sorry great potential but something out of a Gordon Ramsey kitchen nightmare show. Doubt they are open next year.

The Sushi was no good. Didn't taste like anything but Sesame Seed Oil. They go heavy with the stuff. The waitress was awesome and attentive. Unfortunately the food wasn't what you'd expect from a Japanese style restaurant. They also keep the place really dark. Looks like your walking into a night club.

This place is wonderful!! The best sushi in town. The staff was wonderful to my wife and dog. We were in town evacuating from hurricane ida. They really made us feel at home. I wish I could have remembered all of you guy's name so I could have thanked you personally. Big big shout out to Crazy Samurai and the 5 star love they showed us.

Absolutely amazing!! This was hands down the BEST hibachi we have EVER had. The steak was better than any steak Ive had at a strakhouse even. The atmosphere was super cool and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Chef Patrick was super friendly and even made a point to stop and tell us thank you for coming and asking how everything was. Next time we are in town we will DEFINITELY be back!
