UPDATE!! We stopped in to give them another try, and the pizza was absolutely perfect!! It was so yummy. You must try the soaked salad, so light and refreshing! Thank you Trey for taking care of us. We will he back!! 😊 My husband and I decided on a date night tonight and were so excited to try Deluca’s. We’ve heard that it’s the best pizza in Arkansas. We ordered half Patsy/Pepperoni. Our pizza was BURNT!! If you like blackened pizza, then give them a try. Th manager even came by our table to ask how everything was, and my husband said “eh, it’s okay.” She said well what is the issue so we can fix it. He said our pizza is severely burnt. She said “oh no, that’s just the way the owner likes the pizzas cooked.” “This allows the crust to get crispy on the bottom.” We will not be back
Burnt pizza even worse manager! She was sooo rude for literally no reason … the pizza was burnt! Disrespectful never will be back because of her! Disgusting management
This was my first and last time I will ever go to Deluca’s Pizza. Actually the pizza was not bad but the manager was a piece of work. We had a party of 11 and together we spent about $250.00 somewhat pricey but that was not the issue. We bought an appetizer, three salads and three pizzas. Two of the three pizzas were fine but one of the pizzas was totally burnt and unedible I personally tried it because it was my first time there and it was worse than burnt toast so we didn’t want to but had to return it which was no big problem until the manager approached us and began to be obnoxiously and disrespectfully in a belittling manner told us that the pizza was perfectly made because that is how they make their pizzas and she was referring to the burnt black pizza , we were shocked, we were ready to walk out because she was so nasty but the waitress and owner were both very nice and we didn’t want to make a scene because of one small minded person known as the manager wish we had her name!
Ate here with my daughter for the first time today. Once you get past the hype, you look at your pizza, and say this sucks. The pizza was burnt, not well done, but burnt. They will say this is their style, i will say never again. They were cheap with the ingredients as well. Its like the pizza had no sauce, super thin layer of cheese, tiny little greasy pepperonis, and non existent fresh garlic. I feel like I've been scammed.
A pizza place that runs out of pizza dough before 5pm on a Friday. No doubt the pizza is good but POOR mgmt!!
Best pizza in Arkansas.

A must stop if you’re a tourist in Hot Springs. Best garlic bread we have ever had and the fresh mozzarella in delicious! They also have an amazing bar that was once owned by Eddie Fisher and Elizabeth Taylor. Go on a weekday and sit at the bar to avoid a wait and have the best time.

The waitress was rude and refused to turn the music down until she couldn’t hear our order. The lighting was so dark we couldn’t see. The pizzas were very burnt and hard. We were sadly disappointed!!! When you take a family & spend over $250 dollars, you think you would be able to eat the food. The spinach dip is very good.

I have had pizza all over the country, and this is about as good as it gets. Unreal. I'd eat here every single night if I could.

Best slice at NYC pizza festival and I’m a native New Yorker. 10 plus in my opinion. I may have to make a trip to Hot Springs just to eat this amazing pizza again.
Fantastic pizza!
