You can’t talk to a store,instead it’s a call center….what the hell Then when I finally get to talk to someone at the store there is only one person working and it’s going to be a hour and a half to two hours before I can get my pizza…unacceptable

I had a family order food for me to pick up and the workers here were so patient and kind. They offered my 2yr old a toy from a toy box and they were just all together sweet.

Pizza was good, but they forgot 1 of our toppings.
Food was alright the best thing I can say about it, it was hot and fresh. That's at, nothing to be desired. I will say it was expensive for a Domino's. Two Pizzas and garlic bread wads. Three bottled sodas $48 bucks. Ehh. I would much rather go elsewhere to spend that on Rod's Pizza Cellar, and will do so from now on. The restaurant was dirty and unclean. Bathrooms were nasty. Lastly staff was annoying, loud and yelling at one another and talking about inappropriate content. Especially so with my 6 year old son there.

I just want to be able to order from the store not some third party!!!!! Wanted the New York crust, got home no New York crust!!!! Maybe if I didn’t order from a robot or a different country entirely ?

Every other time we order from here it's wrong ? or missing an item. This time I ordered garlic parmesan wings and they didn't even toss them or anything it looked like someone squirted ranch all over them. Called dominoes and found out that it's the sauce they put on them not ranch. So I tried the sauce and it was nasty! Like canned alfredo.... not a happy customer with this one...
They let someone else cancel my order. And I use to order here every week

Had a order $23 and some chang and all I had was a $50 bill. They would not take it cause supposedly they didn't have change. She said it would take the same amount of time for me to go break it then me waiting for them to get the safe open to get change. So I left with out the food.

Got pizza delivered and driver decided to just leave the pizza's on the porch without even knocking on the door or letting us know it was here. Very disappointed ?

Made an online order and after 45 min I noticed the status hasn't changed so I called and once I finally got to talk to a person they said it would be at least another 45 min...our house is 10 min away. I canceled the order and hope I receive my money back. I also used 20 points to get a free item and now I've lost those points as well. Disappointing....
