We went to Dunkin to grab a quick coffee and the meal deal promotion on a late Saturday morning. We went through the drive thru and the lady who answered kept having to put us on hold, I do not think it was her fault. I think if they have a baskin robins combined with the Dunkin they need to have more employees help her out! She was helping a large family get ice cream and so taking our order, having to start our order and help them she was doing a lot and it was busy because it was a lunch rush. We eventually parked to let it slow down and she remembered us and was super accommodating! The food was good and the employee was great, but I think the manager needs to figure out how to have more employees to help with rushes.

I am from the north east where we have dunkin on every other corner. I have to say this location in hot springs is by far they worst dunkin. It use to be amazing however they have gone drastically down hill if I could have given 0 stars if would have there drive thru takes forever you have to repeat yourself 1

SHOUTOUT TO THAT MAN JACOB ROBINSON THAT BE WORKING THERE! DUDE KEEPS THE ENERGY THERE AND IS A GREAT DUDE. PLACE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NICE EMPLOYEES AS WELL.

this was a nice well-kept little Baskin-Robbins. I felt bad for the lady working that day as it was only her there if there was somebody else they were hiding in the back but I got to see her manage the customers and do very well trying to meet everybody's expectations. we took the kids to get some ice cream. that's all. this stop was for all our needs were met. the ice cream was delicious and we had a very good time.

Drink was good, but do not stop here unless you have at least 25 minutes to spend in the drive thru. And once you’re in the line, you cannot get out of it. No one at the speaker ever greats you, you have to say “hello?” After 10 minutes, but again, you cannot exit once there is another car behind you.. you’re trapped. I was super late to work today even though I came 30 minutes early for this drink.

Overall the food is underwhelming. My friend’s croissant is barely toasted and my biscuit is burnt. The employees were very welcoming and nice though, it’s always ups and downs with Dunkin’.

Very negative environment, six people in line and only one worker willing to help. The second associate came to help, with her hands in her sweat pants, and neither associate followed food/service guidelines. Neither washed their hands and neither wore gloves before helping customers with ice cream orders. Very disappointed at the workers response when I asked if she could put her gloves on after grabbing a waffle cone and wanted to fill it with ice cream. she proceeded to tell her peers on the walkie she just got asked to put her gloves on. Im sure she said more than she yelled just ready to go home. Please teach your associates proper food handling. I have three years of food service skills and the service my family received was inappropriate. Don’t recommend this place to anyone. Very negative attitudes towards customers. Lacking in proper food/service handling.
