We had reservations for our Anniversary and we went there for brunch, had a 1 pm reservation and we were seated on time and ordered a drink and placed our order, the food came out it was good not great, but our server Robert was terrible, when we received our order he didn’t ask if we needed anything with our meal like ketchup, Tabasco, Butter anything, he just dropped the food and was gone, he did not check on us the whole meal, we felt rushed to get out of there. We ate and wanted dessert, low and behold there was only 1 dessert out of like 7 left, it didn’t seem that busy to me, so when he brought the check we asked to see a dinner menu, we waited he came and picked up the card and bill and brought it back and we again asked for a menu and he finally brought it to us , he was very disconnected and our experience was nothing like what we heard about, we live here in HS so it was very disappointing. If you close at 130 I would recommend you don’t have 100 reservation.

This is a pricey meal. Enjoyed the food, ambiance, and service. I had an appetizer, entree, and dessert. The appetizer and entree were fantastic. Less impressed with the dessert (espresso something) and it was served cold. I called and made reservations because limited space and fills up quickly. Being within the Hale hotel is neat but if you aren’t a guest —you’ll typically need to park and walk to get there. The flowers (edible on the meal is a cool touch ). The wall garden, candles on the table, and enjoyable music (Otis, BB King, etc ) made for a lovely dinner. Service and staff were friendly and helpful.

We had such a lovely experience here at Eden. The food and drinks were incredible, but the star of the show was our server, Austin. He was personable, funny and unendingly kind. This establishment has my highest recommendation.

Currently here right now. Austin our server was great. Wife’s food was fine. I took 3 bites of the chicken linguine and asked to return it a few minutes after receiving it as it was not good. I did so discreetly and it was taken away. Unfortunately Pat the manager refused to remove the plate off the bill when our server asked him to, nor would he come to the table to even discuss it. I would understand if it had been eaten etc. This was unacceptable. Very disappointed.
