El Acapulco offers a variety of basic Mexican dishes like fajitas, enchiladas, burritos, and loaded nachos that are satisfying and tasty. The restaurant provides great food and a lovely view for under $40, with attentive service. Customers enjoy the lunch specials, with delicious burritos, refried beans, and moist rice. The appetizers are generously sized, perfect for sharing. Visitors also praise the delicious food and margaritas, making it a must-visit spot when in town. The Ranchero dish is highly recommended, and the margaritas are top-shelf. Many customers have found the food to be well-seasoned, with just enough spice, and the beef tacos especially praised for their flavor and crispy edges. The portions are large, and the hot plates help keep the food fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly and bilingual, making it easy to practice Spanish or get personalized service. The mango margarita is also highly appreciated. While some have noted that prices can be high for the portion sizes, the overall experience, tasty food, and great location make El Acapulco a popular choice for Mexican cuisine.
