Hook and ladder! Delicious
I have met the owner of this restaurant and I can not believe he allows his store to run this way!!!!!
Our office called in an order for 4 adults. Myself and one other co worker ordered combos.

Went to pick up food for myself and my coworkers... not only was I HARRASSED
about my mask not being over my nose, I also ordered a large beef and cheddar and got a small/medium. My coworkers did not receive their chips they ordered. When we called to complain we were hung up on by the manager. Worst service in hot springs by far, we dine out every day and will not return.
