Staff at this location is friendly and knowledgeable about menu offerings. Loved my interactions with Lee, Ruben, and shift leader J. Hope that Firehouse subs nationwide adds the French Dip sub to the menu all the time versus just a limited time offering. Thank you to the employees mentioned above for a great Firehouse Sub experience.

The quality of this sandwich has declined tremendously. The bacon looked like it wasn’t cooked, had way too much mayonnaise, and the meat looked and tasted like minced meat. What happened?

Our family ordered sandwiches for delivery. The order was missing a whole sub. Called to ask why. No explanation and the sandwich was $17 and they only refunded $5!!!

Vegetarian options: Very disappointed. I feel completely ripped off.

I can’t have gluten so I got their New York steamer on a gluten free roll and it was awesome the bread was the best gluten free roll I have ever had! Definitely recommend for people who can’t have gluten

This is my go to spot when I come to hot springs, and today the staff wasn’t super friendly, not horrible but could’ve been more welcoming. And as I was checking out, I saw a roach fall on the counter and the cashier just swatted it to the floor behind her. 🥴

I got the thanksgiving turkey sub. It was decent. I didn’t get lots of flavor tho. Don’t think I’ll want to try it again.

I walked in and found a family with younger child in front of me in line. The kind lady taking orders invited the kiddo back around the counter so he choose his bag of chips. He was wearing the little firefighter hat and looked like he felt pretty important. The awsome customer service didn't stop with that family. This same lady took my order and then referred me to the FHS app and did so with a positive and friendly attitude. She impressed me with her customer service.
The sammies I order were spot on as ordered and absolutely DELICIOUS. Turkey Bacon Ranch and Firehouse Meatballs were woth the drive from across town for sure!!

We've been eating here for a years now. Usually, the bread is soft, the meat is favorable, staff seemed happy to see customers. Today, the bread was hard as a rock, meat had little flavor, they didn't seem too happy to see any of us, and we still paid a lot. We will come back, but there will have to be a major improvement. We ate it, but if we hadn't then our money would have been completely waisted and would still be hungry. My husband spoke to a female worker and she seemed to care less. If it's going to be like this, then we can go elsewhere. It asks below what I recommend. I recommend going to another restaurant
