Staff at this location is friendly and knowledgeable about menu offerings. Loved my interactions with Lee, Ruben, and shift leader J. Hope that Firehouse subs nationwide adds the French Dip sub to the menu all the time versus just a limited time offering. I can’t have gluten so I got their New York steamer on a gluten free roll and it was awesome the bread was the best gluten free roll I have ever had! Definitely recommend for people who can’t have gluten

I walked in and found a family with younger child in front of me in line. The kind lady taking orders invited the kiddo back around the counter so he choose his bag of chips. He was wearing the little firefighter hat and looked like he felt pretty important. The awsome customer service didn't stop with that family. This same lady took my order and then referred me to the FHS app and did so with a positive and friendly attitude. She impressed me with her customer service.
